   The restaurant is open-plan within the club. This night, an entertainer was in another area playing music, directly towards the restaurant across the other area. As such, it was impossible to talk to each other in normal conversation. We were literally shouting at each other across our small table to be heard over the singer and the other guests, who were also shouting. We were able to order quickly, but as the server was leaving, she knocked a fork from our table onto the floor. A couple of other tables near us arrived after we ordered. We ordered a cob loaf and butter for an entree. As we sat waiting and chatting (shouting), I noticed the entrees for the other tables arrived (and were consumed). After their entrée plates were cleared, ours arrived. My wife commented that it seemed to be taking a long time for our meal, and I looked at my watch and noted it had now been 40 minutes since we ordered. I looked at the other tables beside us, and they were now partway through their mains. When our steaks finally arrived, one of the four meals was missing. We sat waiting and eventually asked the manager where the other meal was, as it had been at least 5 minutes since the others were delivered. It finally arrived, but by then, the other meals had started going cold. I did not order the salad with my meal, but those who did said that while it was nice, it had been shredded so finely that it was almost impossible to eat off the fork. I like the club, and have eaten at the Banyan restaurant several times in the past, but as we left my wife and I said that there are better choices for a meal and ambience closer to home...

   We arrived an hour early and were happy to wait in the bar area until our booking. Mia was so accommodating and was happy to seat us early. Emilia took our orders and was very engaging and played along with jokes which made for a fun and enjoyable experience. Paige was also fabulous with having a bit of banter. The kids clubs is so great allowing hubby and I to actually enjoy lunch and talk to each other. Thank you to all! Can’t wait to come back soon.

   I'm new to the area & quite like where the location is & also the set up of the club Family friendly also.

   Great tasty food. Plenty on plate. Good with GF options too. Food took a while, about an hour to come out (group of 10). Fast bar service.

   Food was lovely, went for mother's day lunch at 2pm table was booked for. Was rushed to order , if you want people to leave don't take bookings for 2pm.

   Staff were friendly and helpful unfortunately all the meals were cold or Luke warm. The fish was dry and not nice at all. A staff member said she would talk to her boss but never came back to us.

   First time we have dined here with family, meals were good quality, sitting in a round table which was great for talking to everyone. Service was great, Holly looked after us well.
