    Had a great night, good atmosphere, lovely staff, very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the halloumi fries. Cocktails were good aswell. Overall and lovely place with good people, food and drinks

    The food was very good and the staff were very friendly and obliging. Unfortunately the kitchen missed two of our desserts which had been ordered. Apart from that, we had a lovely family dinner.

    Booked with friends for regular lunch catch up and glad that we did. All staff were welcoming and vert helpful. Restaurant has a very good layout with comfortable furnishing. Drinks and meal orders taken at the table and all were delivered promptly. Staff were attentive without being overwhelming. Very good menu. All meals were well presented, hot and tasty. A very enjoyable time. It was our first booking but won’t be our last. Five star experience.

    Never been disappointed with the food & service @ north lakes sports club, especially the steaks, they are cooked to perfection, service is always top notch

    We had a really good pre Fathers day dinner. Our meal was lovely, watched footy, played gaming machines. Live music. Very nice place

    The special of Lamb Shanks has been the same since I have been going there which is 2July 2024. Need to change up the special and have more than 1 option.

    Overall our experience was ok, food was Devine and so were the cocktails, unfortunately my mum and myself got really sick from the pork belly (we were the only 2 at our table to order it), which is a little disappointing, We also had to find a server everytime we needed to order a coffee or our food, and was told they could store my birthday cake and then we needed it to let them know, but unfortunately I do understand it was busy but I went to the main bar to get my own cake from the fridge and lot it myself as we waited to long for server to come back to us. We weren’t in much of a rush but didn’t seem like they were either. I do love coming to north lakes sports club and I hope our next experience is better

    Make sure the waitress knows what you are ordering so you don’t have to wait while your friends have got there order

    We haven't been to the Sports Club for some time and as it was a Special Occasion we thought we'd give it a try. Not sure if they were short staffed this particular night, but we were seated at our table and given the menus and that was basically it, no water was offered, no one came to ask if we wanted any drinks, so we ended up going to get our own which isn't a problem, but you'd expect to be at least asked. We were sat there waiting for about 15-20 mins before anyone even acknowledged us and that was because we got their attention. Placed our order, still no offers of drinks or water, so my son went and asked for some. Our starters (to share) took a while to come to the table, then the mains came out before the starters plates were cleared and we had to wait a while longer for 1 of the meals. The food was very nice and well presented. When our table was being cleared we were talking about having dessert, that was the last we saw of any staff, no one asked if we'd like to see the menu or if we'd like dessert or coffee, nothing, didn't even get presented with our bill, so we just got up and waited in the queue to pay. To sum it up it was very disappointing, it was also my husbands birthday which made it all the worse in my eyes. The food was great but the service was terrible I'm afraid and it has put me off going again for a while.

    Service was great as usual. The 300g rump steaks were cooked well but they were a bit chewy and not up to usual Banyan standards.
