As someone who appreciates attention to detail and quality, I found this spot to be a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. Starters: •Calamari Fritti: Lightly fried and served with house giardiniera, sugo, calabrian aioli, and a grilled lemon. The calamari was tender, and the accompaniments added a nice balance of heat and acidity.  •Grilled Bread & Good Olive Oil: Simple yet effective. The bread was warm with a crispy crust, and the olive oil was of high quality, enhanced by grana padano and herbs. •Yellowtail Crudo: A refreshing dish featuring castelvetrano olives, capers, orange, sicilian pistachios, mint, avocado, agrumato, and aleppo pepper. The flavors were bright and well-balanced, making it a standout starter.  Main Courses: •Chicken Parmesan: A classic done right. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, topped with crushed tomato, aged provolone, and mozzarella. Served with parmesan rigatoni, it was a hearty and satisfying dish.  •Strozzapreti: This pasta dish featured herb-roasted chicken, roasted mushrooms, spinach, parmesan cream, and toasted pine nuts. The flavors were rich and comforting, with the pine nuts adding a pleasant crunch.  Ambiance & Service: The restaurant has a modern and inviting atmosphere. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth dining experience without being overbearing. Final Thoughts: North Italia offers a well-executed menu with fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparations. It’s a place where you can enjoy classic Italian dishes with a contemporary flair. I’d recommend it for a casual dinner or a relaxed evening out
