North Italia - Las Vegas
Great food. Just average service. Really enjoyed the overall experience and will be back!
We eat at this place frequently, but service was terrible this last time. The first round of wine took nearly 15 minutes, and the second round was ordered before our dinner came out, but didn't arrive until we had finished eating. It wasn't that busy either, so I'm not sure what happened, but a definite breakdown in service. No apologies, even though we expressed our dissatisfaction. Food was very good as always.
Food and service is always good and consistent
In short, the sangria was horrible, recommended by waitress wasn't even sangria. Glass full of ice with lemons at the bottom, maybe one ounce of white wine. Pesto Pasta was abysmal. Like a pasty liquid it was drowning in, covered over half the bowl. Couldn't decide whether to use a fork or spoon. Service spotty at best, had to ask twice for the heater to be turned on. Felt basically ignored. No bread service with salads? Asked for fresh ground pepper for salad and they bring a salt and pepper shaker to the table? Look nice atmosphere, it ended there. I won't be back.
The food was wonderful as was our waitress. But the noise level was terrible. Could not have a conversation with my date without almost yelling. And you could easily hear everyone else’s conversation
Enjoy the crowd as much as the food
It was just ok. I felt the pasta I ordered was 10 times too salty. The deserts were excellent though!
We should have left after drinking our wine. The din inside and out was horrendous.
Abit noisy in the evening and crowded in the evening
The best Italian food I have had in Las Vegas in a while! Service was okay, but food was amazing! Loved the spaghetti no meatballs!!
Food is great very authentic .. service is great too .. definitely coming back to try more dishes
Best waitress ever!!!
It’s always a good time at North Italia. Best non-traditional Italian food in Vegas.
The server was nice, but kept lying about the servings to try and get us to order more. For example, she said that one pitcher of sangria served four glasses, and we had 5 people so we should order 2 pitchers. We stayed with 1 and it ended up serving 9 glasses!! She did the same thing with our apps, which we also declined and then were glad we did when they came out. I didn’t think it was very professional to try and intentionally mislead us to try and increase her sales and therefore her tip. I come here all of the time and this has never happened to me before.
Food was fantastic, though! Per the usual.
I don’t remember the servers name. But, it was something basic like Marissa or Ashley or something. Beyond the above, she wasn’t super attentive. There were 2 times that we had to order more food/drinks from a runner.
From walking into the restaurant and being welcomed by Jeremy, smiles from Gianna & Gosha and being served by Alicia... everyone is so kind, attentive, warm, friendly and great customer service.... the best in town!
I asked my 12 year old where he wanted to go to dinner, with no hesitation he said "North, mom, they have the best chicken parm in Summerlin"! Justin also loves the zucca chips, always a hit! I know my salmon will always be consistently delicious! Love the ambience and outdoor seating! We definitely try to support North a few times a week with business meetings and family/friends gatherings. Thank you!
Amazing service, amazing food, amazing everything. I've never had a spaghetti sauce with so much flavor and the handmade noodles were perfection.
Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant. We were a party of four ladies that have lunch or dinner every month. Unfortunately our fifth friend couldn’t make it but we were able to speak with her during dinner, which means the noise level was good inside. Will be happy to return.
Atmosphere was real nice. I had the Striped Sea Bass. Very try and tasteless. But the other three members of our party said their food as great. Service was a bit on the slow side. I had to get up to get the extra napkin I had asked for because our waitress got lost.
Our waitress disappeared several times. We had to wave her down. Dinner was 2.5 hours.
Ran into some friends sitting at the bar and the four of us had a great dinner. Food is always excellent.
Excellent service! Ordered the salmon which was cooked to perfection.
Love this restaurant. Great food and service. You can’t go wrong
This has been my lunch spot for gathering with friends the last few times. They never disappoint. Great food and excellent service and staff. Heather, our waitress, took great care of us.
Service was fabulous- Gianna is one of the best, along with Alecia and Jeremy!
Food is always delicious- the salmon is the best in town!
Always fun to watch Vegas Knights!!!
Thank you North Family!
Love this place! Entrees or several appetizers are all a wonderful way to enjoy a meal with a good selection of wine.
Great food that adds a creative element to Italian standards. Service was friendly and helpful, and provided at a leisurely pace. A little noisy but not so loud to inhibit conversation.
Loved the kale salad and the vegetable salad. Excellent service.
Very nice ! Free dessert to celebrate new jobs. Food was excellent!
Bad service loud food not good our waiter didn’t pay attention to us that much this place was a bad restaurant
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Always have great food at this restaurant.
Service exceptional- food quality was excellent. Noise level was too loud difficult to carry on a conversation!
Lively establishment! Awesome food & great service!
Very good food. Enjoyed the peacefulness also. Will go back for sure.
The Tuscan kale salad is new for the fall menu and absolutely fantastic. I actually had it twice this week with chicken. The perfect lunch.
First time at North Italia. Food was ok nothing to get excited about. First time I’ve ever gone to an Italian restaurant and you had to pay for your bread . Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.
We loved the place and go often for celebrations or just dinner, last night we didn’t get any of the fresh bread on table. The food was there fast and good like always but guys I’m a bread person and in our table of five ordering entrees and appetizers we didn’t get any bread 😢 that’s my only complaint
Nothing special, just a meal on the patio with a friend.
We picked North Italia tonight to celebrate our 17th anniversary. We were seated in the back of the dining room close to the exhibition kitchen. Our server greeted us and in a funny, upbeat way made us feel very comfortable and took our drink order. My wife asked her name and she replied TC and to the question of what TC stood for she said “any number of things most of them not very flattering”
Drinks arrived and were delicious and TC took first course orders. Before she left my wife said “I think Totally Classic works.” This led to a fun ongoing conversation over the next two hours about potentially flattering applications of TC. I tell you all of this because even if the food and beverages hadn’t been top notch, the service and rapport with TC made for a great evening.
I enjoyed the Arugula and Avocado salad which is big and bold with the peppery goodness of the Arugula tamed by creamy avocado and shaved Grand Padano cheese. My date had the Seasonal Vegetable Salad which was a delicious bright combination of Butter Nut Squash,Radicchio, Brussels Sprouts, Kale, Farro and a sprinkling of pine nuts. The Grilled Bread and Good Olive Oil was perfect as an accompaniment.
The entrees were just as good. Diver Scallops on Rissotto was delicious. Nice crust on the Scallops but perfectly cooked. The Short Rib Radiatori pasta (think little radiators) was creamy and rich and an unctuous delight. Both paired nicely with a classic Cali Chardonnay and Classic Piedmont Nebbiolo.
We didn’t leave room for dessert but it was a special occasion. The Hazelnut Torta was too die for, beautiful flourless chocolate cake,a generous scoop of Salted Caramel Gelato and Chocolate Ganache. OH MY!!!
If we had only ordered the Budino we would have raved about it but the Torta overwhelmed.
Great meal, fun venue, an outstanding Fox Restaurant Concepts store. It was just a really good experience.
Back to TC....we ended the name game with Tremendously Charming because it was so true...
We went to celebrate a birthday and the food was great as usual. Service was not as fun or attentive as usual.
We came for my husband birthday, Kitty our sever made the event a really nice experience!! She’s super sweet and I loved all her recommendations, her attitude and the service. Besides the zucca chips (my favorite) that came burnt first (sorry I had to send them back) everything else was fine. I like the vibe of this restaurant, we’ll be back
