Lovely setting - laid back but sophisticated. Good menu options with a flair that moves items from the usual fare. Both my friend and I had the meatball sandwich and it was a notch above others, primarily because the bun was not one of those tough, dry types. Their special potatoes are amazing! Great outdoor dining - comfortable, yet refined!

It wasnt communicated to our waitress or she did not see that her table was seated. It look over 10 minutes to get someone else’s attention to just get waters. Once it got going it was ok. Our waitress seemed nice but service was a bit slow than usual.

Our first time here with friends that had been before. The wait staff was exceptional. The food was excellent. When it comes to Italian food I am VERY picky and I normally shy away from Italian Restaurants because my grandmother, mother and wife are/were all outstanding Italian cooks. I cannot publicly state that North Italia is on a par with mia Nonna, Madre or Moglie for fear of Malocchio but I will say that you cannot and will not be disappointed!
Bravissimo

Artichoke was hard with no meat. Salmon dry and boring. Very loud inside. Won’t go back.

Calamari appetizer, while interesting, tasted more Asian than Italian. Branzino main course was dry and very fishy tasting, indicating the fish was old. Overall, disappointing. Will not return.

My boyfriend and I had gone into this place to try a new spot and we were absolutely floored by how incredibly great everything was. Our waiter, Gabe, was super friendly and attentive. But it didn’t stop there! ANY one of the wait staff that passed by our table and noticed that we might have needed something stopped to ask what they could do to help and attended to us. I had honestly never seen that before and we were both super grateful for the exceptional service and overall experience. The food was INCREDIBLE. Chef actually took the time and came out to our table as well to greet us on a bustling Friday night. We will be back, thank you!! You guys are fantastic!!

We took our family of six to celebrate my husband's birthday. I would say it's a bit on the louder side atmosphere wise, which could be an issue if you have any quiet talkers in your group.
The food was fantastic. The chef's board was so good! Also the pasta with the short ribs was fantastic! Our waitress was great, attentive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

This was our 3rd visit to North Italia on Rampart in Vegas (NV). Having been to Italy several times, North Italia is a slice of Italy with a slight American twist. The pasta reminds us of Italy...not overdone, al dente. The salads are exceptional and seasonal. The place has a good wine list and great bar atmosphere. Every time we visit Vegas from Seattle, we stop in for a meal or two here. North Italia would do very well in Seattle. HINT...HINT...North Italia !!

Everything was great! The food, the atmosphere, the music, the waiter and the host were all above and beyond. My friend is a Vegan, the waiter went above and beyond to please her. He was very helpful. Not one negative only positive.

A good friend and I were catching up. We usually aim for food that is prepared thoughtfully for you and is delicious at the same time. North Italia is a wonderful balance and the service you get every time you go is excellent no matter how busy they are, which they frequently are because of the excellent food and ambiance.

Food was excellent. The flavor of the spaghetti and meatballs were one of the best I have ever eaten. The service was horrible. Glad I had the company of a good friend, we were able to entertain ourselves. Our server must have been fairly new or missed her calling. Being our first time nothing on the menu was explained to us. Every table had fresh bread but not ours. We had to ask for some bread along with water from staff. Not from our sever because she was never around. Thank goodness she had coworkers to help do the job. Not a fan of open concept restaurants which makes it way too noisy. So many choices in Vegas can mark this one off my list.

Like Yoggi Berra would say "the place is so crowed nobody goes their any more". I'am a 69 year old Marine Vietnam vet, also a retired construction worker from new york city, let me tell you something this place is the real mc'coy the food is the some of the best Italian food I've tasted out here. No I'am not related but I did meet someone from their corporate office that treated us like family, the place is great the food is outstanding and the employees are great,so do yourself a favor go there you will not regret it.

Very popular restaurant. Very crowded. Long wait, so plan ahead and get a reservation. Nice outdoor patio. We had a table indoors. Service was prompt, courteous and surprisingly attentive. But the noise level was so high we had difficulty talking to each other. We were frequently interrupted mid sentence by raucous laughter.
I ordered a pizza. Not a good choice ... but I'm from The Bronx and it's admittedly difficult to please a New York pizza lover.

Wife and I really enjoyed our recent lunch (1st timers)...great food, excellent service & fun watching kitchen action. Only one suggestion....looking from rear toward front of cafe at noon time frame (thru bar opening) really blinds you because of the outdoor brightness. Would be great if some sort of a movable screen or sunshade could be installed to dampen the outdoor BRIGHTNESS. CHEERS..................PJ

Service was outstanding. It was very busy but our server treated us like we were the only table she had. Food was really good as well. Grilled artichoke was heavenly. The only thing was the grilled cauliflower was not to our taste. It was over charred, but otherwise outstanding food! Would definitely recommend and return. This time we hope we can get the burrata, it was sold out this time!

Cannot day enough good things! I wish Happy Hour went a little longer, but even at full price, this place is fabulous on every level. Staff is friendly; like brilliant smiles at every turn kind of friendly. It’s loud, but that’s because people are enjoying themselves.

Zucchini chips are a revelation and the bolognese is already on my cravings list. The chef’s board is great and the bombolini are great for dessert! Can’t wait to go back!

A culinary explosion of flavor in every meal! Does not disappoint. And for dessert, the Bombolini's with a cappuccino is a must have. Fair warning, you will not want to share this dessert the second time you eat it. Bon appetite!

we just had another excellent meal at North Itialia. We started with a bowl of Zucca Chips, followed by a simple salad and then finshed up witha a pizza. The service is always great. The atmoshpere is welcoming. Give them a try and you'll want to return.

We’d been wanting to try North for a while and finally managed to get there. We went early, around five, thinking it would be empty and we’re surprised at the number of people who’d had the same idea. You can tell once this place gets really hopping it would be way noisier than it already was, not exactly a plus for me.

I was in the mood for a cocktail and tried two from their craft menu that were recommended by our server. Both were a little more complex, and sweeter than I usually like, I’m kind of a purist. Next time I’ll probably stick with what I know.

We started with the grilled artichoke and garlic bread. I do love a good artichoke, and this one surely was. The aioli was not the best I’d ever had, could have used maybe some dill, or other herb. The garlic bread was otherworldly, and you damn well better love garlic because it is seriously loaded with it. The bread was light as air and the ricotta was amazing. I finished with the arugula salad, which I also loved. The hubs had the bolognese pasta. It was good, not as good as mine, but still worth having.

Another visit to check out other offerings is definitely in order.

We love north. We eat there at least once a week and have never had a bad meal. We have tried many many things on the menu and everything is excellent. My favorite is the Bolognese and I have them throw a few meatballs in, perfection. The salmon is never over cooked and perfect, and prosciutto pizza with figs and goat cheese wow. The staff is consistent and some know us and always have a smile.
My only comment would be sometimes the champagne comes out flat and I have to send it back. They should check that at the bar when they pour.
Give it a try, I know you’ll love it. Do you make reservations.
