While the food was delicious as it usually is, the service was slow to the point where our server forgot about us. There was some bad weather which forced North to bring in all the customers from the patio and I feel like they did the best they could in those circumstances. So when a high top table opened in the bar area, we took that. But that is where things completely slowed down. Our server came out and took our drink order- a couple of cocktails and glasses of water (which they hadn’t brought when they seated us). It took almost 10 minutes to get our drinks, and then he forgot to bring water, which we had to ask for again. He then took our food order. We ordered some bread and an appetizer along with our entrees. While the bread and beets came out fairly quickly, we ended up waiting longer for our entrees. The server checked on us and said he would check on our food- then he disappeared. Finally I had to ask a different server about our food, since it had been 45 minutes since we ordered. I’d be more understanding due to the weather and a busy Friday night, but a couple that was sitting behind us, who was seated after us, was getting their dessert before our entrees even showed up. The other server I asked about our food checked with the kitchen and within 5 minutes our original server brought our food out. When we had finished eating our server came by to ask if we wanted our check and a box to take home leftovers. We told him yes to both. After what was nearly another 10 minutes, he brought the check, but no box. I had to ask again for a box. While I don’t mind a leisurely dinner, from the time we were seated to the time we left was over two hours. Again, I understand the weather threw the restaurant a curveball, and I was willing to be patient because of that, but other people around us were being seated, served, and leaving, during the time it took us to get our food. While I will return, if the service is this poor again, I will reconsider.

We appreciate your understanding of the weather situation and the knowledge that our intention was to salvage the guest experience during this unexpected shift. I also want to thank you for your patience and awareness as we had to make some quick decisions. I understand your frustration with the lapses in your courses and the unfortunate delays this created to the evening. I agree that your server should have kept you better informed or a manager should have stopped by address any delays. I truly appreciate this feedback and have already shared it with my team. Overall great experience. Food was delicious! Service was overall good. However, our main course came out before we were finished with our appetizers. We weren’t asked if we were ready for the main course and those dishes that were shared for appetizers did not come with extra serving utensils, so we had to use our own to serve. Not great if you’re concerned cross contamination. The way the food was served felt a little rushed. It would have been better in my opinion to check to see if we were finished first, cleared the appetizer dishes, cleaned the table if needed, then bring out the main course.

Great ambience and presentation. Good was good and not overly priced. My only suggestion is the menu could have more choices.

Our table for our reservation wasn't ready initially, but then we ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer, came out very soggy and just tasting pretty bad. After that we got 2 entrees, one which was pasta, came out flavorless and soaked in butter and oil. And the other which was fish came out alright but hard to pull apart and tasteless as well. The drinks we got were fairly good I will say but that's about it. That's all we ordered and it costed $135. We left very unsatisfied and went to another restaurant. This is one of the only times I have ever done that.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was fantastic—cool and impeccably clean, which made for a pleasant dining environment. During our visit, it wasn't very busy, contributing to a low noise level that allowed for easy conversation. However, we were seated quite close to the open kitchen, which did introduce a bit of lively kitchen chatter. Now, let's talk about the food: it was simply exceptional! The pasta tasted as if it were made fresh in-house, delivering a delightful, homemade quality that truly stood out. Each of the three appetizers we ordered was a culinary delight, bursting with flavor and creativity. I also enjoyed one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and expertly crafted. While the service was friendly and accommodating, it was a bit slower than expected, especially considering the restaurant's low occupancy at the time. However, the quality of the food and the overall experience made it a minor detail in an otherwise enjoyable evening. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere!

I ordered a dish and asked for a side of shrimp as my pasta did not come with meat. Our food came, but the shrimp didn't. I notified the gentleman who brought out the food about the missing side, and he went back to find out. When he came out, he had a conversation with our waitress, and I overheard him mention to her that she did not order it. She came by and told me it was on order and would be right out. 15 minutes later, she showed up at the table letting me know they were still cooking it and asked if I still wanted it. I told her no, the manager did come over and offer us free dessert in which we declined because we could not eat dessert, so she left and came back and told us she would play with the bill. They gave us 20% off, which was fine, but the worst thing about this experience was that it was shrimp. Shrimp does not take long to make, and it seemed like it was never really even taken seriously. When you go to a restaurant to order, you want what you order, and it just didn't seem that important, which was very disappointing. I usually love this restaurant.

I love everything about this restaurant. The food is fabulous. The ambience is great. I love alfresco dining. They accommodate my keto life style easily. Can make substitutions. No risotto. Extra veggies. They have lots of gluten free options. I will be a regular.
