   This was our third visit, and while the previous two experiences were positive, this one fell short. The service was noticeably slow, particularly with the timing of our food. We ordered two entrées—one arrived promptly, but the second took an additional 30 minutes. Most concerning was when our server left an empty soda glass from another table on ours. Unfortunately, this level of service isn’t what you’d expect—at any restaurant.

   This is my 4th time here, so clearly I enjoy it. I keep hoping the food service time will get better, yet it seems to get worse. I think the food, ambience, etc. is great, but it takes way too long for food to arrive. That is the only drawback. If you want a long, leisure, social dinner, then you will not have any issues.

   We went with our family for Mother’s Day, made a reservation and still had to wait about 15 min to be seated. Wait almost an hour for our food. Food was good, 10/10. Worth every penny.

   Food was amazing. The outdoor patio was great. I got the spicy vodka rigatoni and it was really good. My wife got the scallops and they were great. The only issue we had was it took forever to get our food. We probably sat there for almost an hour before we got our entrees. So that kind of put a damper on the whole experience. But I would give them another shot. Maybe it was just a crazy busy night for them.

   This is probably my 7th time dining here and have had such great experiences. Last night wasn't that night. In fact, I'd love for the manager to get a hold of me if possible. The wait for entrees was about 45 minutes. We were told in advance and was fine with that. The problem was, when our entrees arrived, they were cold. This is the part that is unacceptable. For $100 for 2 people and have cold food after being sat for over an hour is just not OK. I will likely return but it will be awhile. In fact, I've already canceled my upcoming reservation because it's just too expensive if the food isn't hot.
