This was my 4th visit and food and service always very good. This time NI was out of 2 items that my party ordered. Tuscan chicken and Eggplant parma which are on the menu were not available. Not sure why but changed the way we ordered. Disappointing than staples on the menu were not available for diners. Other than that what we did order was very good and the service was great. Always a staple Burrata so hope that never runs out!

I took my friend and our two kids for a late lunch at North Italia. There were very few people in the restaurant but it still took the food over 40 minutes to arrive. And when it did, it was awful. So greasy and oily! The prosciutto was super fatty, the salmon smelled off, and they did something dreadful to the broccolini that made it smell fishy and taste super salty. The salmon sat on a bed of farto that was mixed with what tasted like jarred marinara sauce. Also for some inexplicable reason they put blue cheese all over my 8-year-old’s salad. Why? We used to be regulars at this place but not anymore. I felt sick after eating there. We will not be going back.

The food was delicious! The lemonade was not lemonade. It was lemon water. The tiramisu was amazing!

it is disturbing to see COVID prices still being reflected on menus of many restaurants. I wasn't very hungry so ordered the arugula avocado salad advertised as just that with olive oil and grated cheese....it was basically a bed of arugula for $14 with 1/4 of an avocado and a big skimp on the olive oil! i asked the waiter for more olive oil which made it much better but how about adding at least 1/2 an avocado? very poor value item. The charcutterie sampler was decent and the prosciutto with goat cheese and arugula was quite good. warning..the eggplant parm was spicy!

I had been debating between two apps I wanted to get and one was sold out so my decision was easy! It was a asparagus and ricotta and prosciutto on a bread. Absolutely delish. Then I had a ceaser salad that was amazing! And the beef pasta was incredible. My partner got the pizza that was light fresh and fluffy crust. Overall incredible

North Italia has always been a favorite restaurant that I take my parents to every time my parents are in town. Have saved my father and I for the past 3 years for my mom’s birthday/Mother’s Day. This past experience was beyond amazing. Amber S. was beyond superb and made our experience memorable. Honestly a top favorite restaurant and I always bring family and friends when in town.

The food is amazing! Everything from the pasta and pizza to the appetizers and salads are top notch! The white truffle bread is a must! We were even able to get an order of it gluten free for my daughter when we celebrated her birthday there. The gluten free pasta and pizza are also delicious! I’ve been to both the Franklin and Nashville locations and the servers are some of the most attentive and nicest I’ve found at any restaurant! Love this place!

I have to say that I really enjoy coming here. I am greeted accordingly upon arrival, seated and offered drinks. The waiter/waitresses are very friendly and accommodating to the point that sometimes I don’t need to ask they will come through with what you need to make the experience better. The food is always on point. I have some leftover Margarita Pizza and Grilled Shrimp that I am anticipating to warm up to enjoy for lunch. At times I will try different things on the menu like the Short Rib Pasta and be truly amazed by the flavors. The Italian farm salad is very hearty with plenty of veggies, salami, cheese and a lite vinaigrette that brings the flavors together. The pictures I have submitted show a couple of great examples of what they offer. They used to have scallops…kinda bummed about that, but it is not a huge disappointment as you can see in the pictures. I’d come here twice a month if I can get in town to have a good meal. The deserts are pretty enjoyable too like the Salted Caramel abiding if your not opposed to a sweet caramel sauce on top! On the weekends if you’d prefer to make a reservation on their website that would be awesome. Overall, once you leave the shopping experience of the Green Hills mall behind head over to North Italia for a fantastic meal and a great time. Check out my latest reviews on Google!

The last four times we went including sitting at the bar one time we were there for almost two hours. Twice we received a wrong order and once they brought back a pasta dish asked for without chicken pulling the chicken out (and not all of it) and returned it. All four times the wait for the food was unacceptable.

I will never come back to this restaurant. We went on Mother's day and the service was one of the worst I experienced. The AC was not working. When our appetizers did not come, our waiter told that they forgot to put it on the fryer. After a long wait it came. Then after my family's food came, I enquired about my order and they said they gave my order of Tuscan half chicken to someone else by mistake. I waited again for my order which finally came and was not fully cooked. They never apologized and charged me full price. Our waiter did not even do eye contact with me after he placed the bill. If this kind of service persists, the restuarant will close in 3 months.

I love it here. However, the particular visit was not as expected. The server took very long to serve us. The food was over seasoned and the table was overly cluttered because they never took away the tableware after each course. I appreciate the manager doing everything he could to support. He was very attentive and made the experience better overall. I would go back, but perhaps, for a more casual meal.

Don’t plan party greater than 4, you can’t hear one another. Our waitress was very nice, but we saw very little of her since most of us had water for beverages. Our party was 5 in booth and could barely hear one another. We went at 7pm on a Tuesday night and the place was full when we arrived and thinned out.

Enjoyed our visit and food and food presentation was wonderful! Our server Nellie was very polite and accommodating. But very surprised bread before meal not complimentary and entrees didn’t include a side veggie. All cost extra. It was too warm inside per all our guests. We planned to mention this to our food server but we kept thinking the a/c would kick in and cool off but it never did. Besides these few things it is a very nice restaurant and would recommend.

The food was so-so - it was only noon and they were out of the brunch hash on the menu. Had to pivot and the breakfast carbonara was not as elevated as I’d expected - essentially mac and cheese and not very good. Service was lacking - our server was not schooled on the menu offerings and it showed - didn’t anticipate the table’s needs well.

We were seated promptly (had a reservation), and greeted quickly by our server. It was a bit noisy but not so much we couldn’t talk to each other. Food tasted great, server did a good job. Overall really good, we’ll definitely be back.

The food that we were actually able to order was all very good. However, our dinner reservation was at Prime dinner time and the server had to keep telling us that what we wanted to order wasn’t available. In addition to not being able to order a soda, there were at least 6 different menu items we were told we’re not available. Several of which were listed as specials. It was really quite ridiculous. I could tell the server was embarrassed for having to keep telling us that things were not available. How is an Italian restaurant not able to serve their meatballs??? Extremely disappointed with this restaurant.
