North Italia In King of Prussia
North Italia King of Prussia is located in the mall’s exterior corridor between Macy’s and Neiman Marcus.
They must have been having an off night. We had to send food back and the alternate choice was brought to us incorrectly. Meanwhile we saw other tables send their food back to the kitchen as well.
While they tried to make it up to us...it still left, pardon the expression, a bad taste in our mouths.
We arrived for our 4pm reservation and were sat within 5 minutes. We did not get “recognized “ for quite some time. We finally met our server. No fault of hers, she was unaware we were her table. We were thrilled to have her. Veronica was pleasant, very informative and attentive. We enjoyed talking with her! Our food was delicious as usual.
Excellent! Wonderful service and Delicious food!
The staff was very professional. Our waiter was extremely helpful in suggesting meals and drinks. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer any questions we had! The food and drinks were all amazing and came out very fast!
Would recommend but being Italian it left a lot to be desired.
Loved it! Sat outside, great time.
Excellent. Best pesto I have ever had, and I have been to Italy!!
We love our favorite waiter Kristian k. As always a wonderful meal and the service was great!
Regional manager was super friendly and even offered us some complimentary fresh, homemade pasta to take home and try. Nice spot.
Food was ok. Service very good. Needs more attention to cleaning. Dirty table when seared and dried tomato sauce visible on salt and pepper shaker.
Bartender was our server. I forget his name. He was great. I loved the heirloom tomato salad but my chicken parm was dry and very thin. I expected it to be a little better for a Italian restaurant.
We were visiting from out of town and in search of good Italian food. What a pleasant surprise to find a great restaurant with fantastic service! Especially during this time when businesses are finding it hard to get and keep good workers as we work ourselves out of this pandemic. All of our meals were delicious! My husband had the scallops and loved it and said the risotto was especially good. I had the short ribs and oh my was it so tender and flavorful. Kids had the margarita pizza and veggie chicken salad and ate it all! Our waitress was especially gracious and funny. Thanks so much for a nice end to our visit to PA!
I had put a request for them to sing happy birthday to the person I was with and it never happened. Otherwise all was great
the cacio e pepe pizza had no black pepper on it, which was a little disappointing. the meatballs were very good but not hot or even warm when brought out. they were seemingly out of a good amount of white wines. the zucca chips were incredible though.
I know everyone is short staffed and every restaurant has bad days, but we had what might have been the worst service we ever experienced last night. It became apparent the waitress was not going to take our order after our drinks came. We were able to grab her to order, but never saw her again after the food was delivered. Never asked if we wanted or needed anything else. Left our empty cocktails sit for over 45 min and never asked if we wanted another round, which we would have liked. Had to get up to ask for the check. Nothing after 10 mins. Asked again. Have never been so tempted to just leave. If it’s a bad night, let us know. We understand. A manager could drop by. But we got no explanation. Food was great but don’t plan to revisit.
Thank you for sharing your visit with us. There is no excuse for a poor experience with Hospitality like this. Can you please send me your contact information as I would like to get a little more information from you and make this right. Thank you again for your feedback and I hope to talk with you soon. - Noah Downie General Manager
Although this is the second visit in a row for my husband and me where one or more items on the menu were out/not available, our server did a fantastic job on working with us to make excellent recommendations on substitutes. A dining experience that could have easily been soured was made great by an attentive server and wonderful food! Thank you!
Was dining with a friend and the biggest challenge was what to have from a menu where everything sounded amazing. Our server (whose name I can not recall, slender gentleman with glasses and buzz cut hair) was OUTSTANDING!! Gave truly genuine suggestions and advice, and felt he really cared about our experience. The food was even better than it looked or sounded from the description. I’d been seeing ads pop up on my Facebook and North Italia did not disappoint! Will definitely be returning.
Usually a great spot, but food and service weren’t great this last visit
Very tasty and healthy option available, liked grilled vegetables, seafood, etc. Home made pasta was excellent: a variety of shape and sauce options.
Everything was good but the food .
Great drinks and food. Garlic bread with fresh ricotta is a must try. I have had several of their pastas but never tried the spaghetti and meatballs (cause I can make that myself why order that???). Server suggested to try it so I gave it a go. It was a great dish (can see ordering it more for Fall/Winter more than Spring/Summer - great comfort food)! Also had a Maker’s Old Fashioned. Great meal and wonderful service!
Nice place to hangout with friends, could be a nice place for date too if it’s less loud
Food is always good. Farmer's Market board was amazing! Perfect for a hot night! My pasta was delicious with plenty of leftovers. Keenan, our server, was top notch. He was everywhere!! I think he had 3 sections all over the restaurant. What I loved was he never acted rushed when he was at our table and offered recommendations. The manager (wish I caught her name) offered to comp late drinks, which was unnecessary. Those martinis were on point! Definitely will be back and sure to recommend. Thank you!!
Great food our waiter Christian K. made the experience so much better
They offer a garlic bread with truffle butter. It was the best garlic bread of my life! ( and that is quite a few years as I am in my 70's!) Crispy, light, flavorful, and served in pieces on a cast iron pan. I am dreaming of it still.
Enjoyed dinner al fresco at North Italia with yummy Italian food. Enjoyed the pasta, fish, pizza and donuts! Super friendly waiter and overall it was a hit with the kids!
True Italian cuisine and Italian wines were available here.Space is open and high ceilings is very comfortable and agreeable. I will come again soon.
The food was delicious. I enjoyed my birthday feast. The server was very nice. The manager was very nice. I had fallen in the restaurant and the manager came right over and asked if I required medical assistance. I responded no, but I was a little surprised that we paid for the whole meal. I would visit again.
Mother’s Day dinner, excellent service and food
Bad service. Slow service. Rude hostile host. Filthy place.
Went for Mother's Day. Was asked 3 separate times what we ordered. Food was very oily and overpriced
Everything from service to food was amazing!!!
Service was rather slow this time.
Our meal was outstanding and our server was very educated about all of the food.
excellent service, good food, ok ambience, great cocktail menu
