The muddles were undercooked and our order came out wrong. The server seemed irritated when we ask her to correct it. This is after she told us they made everything cooked to order.
Due to a very noticeable staff shortage, the service reflected such. There was a clear need for a mature and experienced manager to run the restaurant efficiently even with the staff shortage. It appeared as though everyone on staff was on par in terms of lack of experience and lack of professionalism. Prior to the pandemic, this was one of my favorite dining experiences from start to finish. Not so much now. Since the food was still good (not great) if I return it will be for take-out only.
I found this restaurant to be overpriced ,very small portions , servers were friendly and a attentive but slow wait times on tickets coming out of the kitchen. Nothing special , more of an Olive Garden type restaurant but twice the price.
Food was so good! I got the Strozzapreti with gluten free pasta. Love that they have gluten free options. Staff were all very nice too
The staff was friendly, helpful with food suggestions. The food was excellent!
Everything was amazing!
Excellent service/server. Dinner was outstanding.
The entire experience was very good
The food was delicious and the service was attentive
There were plenty of empty tables which were not listed as available on open table. The time slots around six to eight were never listed when I went to reserve?????
Is there a reason for this???
Our waiter was very attentive and neat but other servers were wearing DIRTY SHIRTS AND APRONS
Nice atmosphere, service OUTSTANDING (Darnell was a pleasure and a gift)!! Food was good! Lemon donuts delightful.
We have been frequenting this establishment since it has been open. Covid has put a damper on things for all of us. But, it was so good to be back finally. It’s like covid never happened, the food and service is still top notch, we really missed this place.
Our waitress was outstanding. She made excellent menu recommendations, was pleasant and efficient. Food was delicious. I had the seasonal vegetable salad which I would definitely recommend and order again.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE, EMILY P FALSELY ACCUSED MY MALE GUEST OF TOUCHER HER THIGH. MANAGER THEN CONFRONTED MY GUEST. IT WAS A TOTAL FABRICATION.
It was a seven year wedding anniversary dinner and the food was excellent the waitress Emily was superb and very helpful
Food was good, service was a little weak, but understandable with the current employee shortage.
The meal I ordered the Branzino was not available so I ordered the Roasted salmon with the pesto. It did not taste very good and my husband ordered the short rib pasta which he also did not care for. It sucks because we were attending for our wedding anniversary.
Server was nice. Drinks took forever. We had our apps before our drinks. Appetizer (calamari) came out cold. Truffle bread was warm and delicious. Meals were lukewarm. Ended up
canceling our last round and didn’t order dessert because everything was just taking so long. This place is hit or miss, but for a $250 meal it shouldn’t be.
Good time, good food!
Service was very poor. Our greeter gave us a face when we asked to be moved to a booth. The restaurant was not packed.
Anytime we needed something.... all employees were not attentive. Heads down and walking fast but never checking with us to see if we needed anything.
Food was good. At end of meal we asked for coffee... one decaf took 15 minutes to get. Brought to table without cream. Asked for cream. Had to go to bar to ask for cream again.
Apologies from server when tip time came. Then we had to bring our tab to the server. I Not a pleasant first visit to this restaurant. Won't be going back.
Outstanding as Always!! Never dissapointed!
First time at this restaurant tonight. Waitress was great. Food was prepared well but the arugula and avocado salad was missing avocado. Didn’t realize until we finished the salad but it was still good.
Our waitress Emily was great. We disliked the meals and the disregard to time during our meal. Our entire sitting lasted from 7:40 to 9:10. We finally received our meals at 8:45, which were not outstanding - my grilled beef tenderloin was burnt. I believe the meals are overpriced for what you receive. We went because we had a gift card but with upset stomachs the entire day following, we will not be returning.
You should avoid North, King of Prussia. Absolutely the worst service I can remember in quite a long time . The staff at the reception desk are totally indifferent; they seem to believe that they are doing you a favor by dining there. The restaurant was only about 25% full, yet we had to wait over 10 minutes for them to “clear a table “. What??? We had a reservation!!!
It took another 10 minutes for our server to greet us. She would rather chat with her colleagues in the back. The food was highly salted and my wife ended up later that evening getting sick to her stomach. We were both sick to our stomach just waiting over and over again.
Go at your own risk .You’ve been warned.
The waiter service was lacking and Pizza was cold by the time it got to the table. Pasta was delicious and appz were awesome.
Service started out good. Neber cleated table. Had to ask for tjings three times and one server who drlivrted dessert eas downright rude. Coffee cold. Not enoughcheese on meat board. Had yo sdk for bread with dinnet
Our waitress was extraordinary- had black and white polka dot mask on. Want to visit again b/c of her exceptional service!
Food was great, place is very nice but the server was not the best
We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was friendly, funny, and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
Limited but fairly diverse menu. Got there for happy hour and there was NO happy hour wine left - huh?
Good news was that no one rushed us out to turn the table. Nice experience
North Italia has some of the best pizzas in the area. We basically go there for the pizza especially the spicy meatball pizza but all of their food is very good. Service was not great last night but it usually is much better.
We had to wait few minutes to get our table. The music was ok, not loud. Food was good. They forgot my sangria..We ordered dessert and had to request plates and silverware. I imagine they are getting back to their routine after CoVid.
The food was good. The service was slow.. not sure if the restaurant was understaffed that day.,. but it took awhile to get the service..
This is one of my families favorite places! The food and drinks are fantastic and the service is always good.
Favorite restaurant at KOP
Though we had a reservation, the hostess led us to a table for 2. I requested a booth and there were several empty booths. There seems to be an unwritten hostess rule to lead your customers to the least desirable seat and save the others for crankier customers. I refused the table and was given a booth. Why the drama?
Good and service were great!
Waited a half hour to place drink order. Waited another 15 minutes to get drinks. Server never came back after that. Manager came by, asked for another drink, she to never came back, never got second round if drinks. Although the food was good (once we finally received), the portions are small and prices are high.
All in all, 2 pasta dishes and one drink took 2 hours.
I love North Italia! The food is always amazing, and the servers are always so kind and true their best to make your stay one of a kind. Always my go to spot whenever I go to the mall.
Excellent options on menu! We had an long enjoyable lunch outside, good service, nice cocktails too!
