Great service, great food, our server Jose was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu
Awesome experience, food was very good. Would definitely come back again and again and again. Worth the hour drive. Maybe on a weekday though weekends are very busy and the noise of everyone talking was very loud but it’s a weekend so understandable.
While the food was a tad overpriced, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean as well as modern and the food was out of this world delicious. I would absolutely come back here for a special occasion!
All was great but this was the second time we noticed a stinky restaurant “kitchen smell” immediately upon entering the restaurant, and even in the dining room. It’s like a garbage smell.
Great food and great service. We enjoyed our evening out.
Very loud music, below average food and ok service.
really great date night spot. Doesn't feel like a Mall restaurant at all. The food is outstanding and it was noticeable how much the staff enjoys being there, which is always a great sign for me. Great server! Great spot for Italian that goes way beyond the pizza they also serve. Will definitely be back. be aware it is a bit on the noisier side, but after being quarantined for so long, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere.
Our server Kennen was amazing along with the rest of the staff
I have eaten at North Italia several times now and have enjoyed it every time. The food is better than I expected from a chain restaurant and I can recommend the salads, sandwiches and pizza.
Our server, Anna was the best part of our meal! She was over and above outstanding, everything she did was exceptional! We especially loved the white truffle garlic bread, with a side of the marinara dipping sauce! Phenomenal, are the bombolini, The fresh lemon curd donuts! Also very good is the mixed greens salad with pistachios. Excellent! The crust on their pizza is very nice and crispy, but it would be even better to have the ricotta pizza done with white truffle oil, and red sauce, much like the white truffle garlic bread… Again, high kudos to Anna! Great place!
Food was rushed out and drinks took too long to come.
Mark, our waiter, made out experience at North Italia memorable. The food is fantastic and each dish is a work of art and taste. Mark answered our hundreds of questions and was very helpful with his recommendations. I cannot say enough about the food! I want to tasted everything on the menu. Each dish is an explosion of flavors.
We really enjoyed our dinner at North Itaia- cocktails were amazing, food was great (especially the scallops) and even better staff!
It was very lovely and the service, food and ambiance were all terrific.
The host greeted us when we arrived. George our waiter was very pleasant and knew a lot about the wine and menu. Our small plate shrimp and farm salad were excellent!
Our food was disappointing, three out of four dishes were extremely salty and were sent back. The server was great, she was patient and had a pleasant personality. The noise level was high due to loud music which makes it hard to have conversations
Good service good food & drink
Delay and confusion with check-in regarding the reservations. Apparently they were short staffed in back of house (which is understandable these days). The hostess was unable to handle so the manager came and helped. She was horrible, rolled her eyes had no answers. The waitress was good, not exceptional but good. Food was ok. I think everything suffered because they are understaffed and busy. Otherwise it would have been a better experience.
We had a reservation for 5:30. Upon arrival we were informed it would be a few minutes. After about 10 minutes we were informed that due to issues in the kitchen we would not be seated for another 15 minutes. Fine.
My water glass was dirty
Bottle of Pelligrino was cool not cold.
We ordered the vegetable platter as an appetizer. The grilled bread came out undercooked, there was literally uncooked dough in the center. We brought this to the attention of our server who stated we would get a new bread. That never happened.
The 15$ was still on the bill. I felt it should have been taken off the bill since we could not sample some of the dips due to the fact that we had no bread. I was assured by the manager when he told me we would have to wait for our table that it would be worth the wait. It most certainly was not. Will never eat here again.
Loved it as usual! Crazy thing but they have the best cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten. Also the chicken parm is to die for!! You have to try it!!
Love it there! The service, the outdoor dining option, the food selection - all wonderful!
Great place to celebrate special occasions! Staff is very attentive and helpful at proving recommendations if it’s your first time there.
The food is a bit pricey but it’s so worth the splurge!
Our first experience but it won’t be our last.
We had previously eaten at North Italia soon after they opened and both the food and service were fantastic then. This time we had a totally opposite experience. They were out of a few things on the menu and we weren’t told until after we placed our orders, and it was only 6:00 pm, early for the dinner rush to be out of food. And the kitchen should be telling the servers what food they’re out of so the servers know to tell customers before they order it. The server got a few things wrong with our drink order, but the music was very loud in there so that may have been the reason she couldn’t here what we had ordered. Then our meals were brought out before our appetizer, that is the biggest no-no in the food service industry, when we’re spending $150 for our family of thee to eat I expect my appetizer to be served before my meal, not at the same time or after! My daughter and I ordered the same meals we had previously gotten before, the diver scallops and pasta bolognase. These two meals were fantastic the past times we had gotten them but very bad this time, probably because they were out under a heat lamp for 15 minutes while we ate our appetizer. The scallops were tiny, rubbery, and tasteless. The pasta was super dry. I don’t know if they just had one bad day or if they have gone downhill since they opened, but we’re not going to risk spending another $150 to find out!
Fantastic food, outstanding friendly service, and great ambient are the reasons we go back to North Italia over and over again.
Highly, highly recommend.
Very good food. We all enjoyed our meals very much and they have GF pasta and pizza. A win. Our server was very nice and attentive. I would say the only downside is the ambiance is a little too casual for the price. We would definitely go again.
This was our 2nd time dining at North. The first time was exceptional so we were expecting a similar experience. The goal was to have a quick appetizer and salad. Unfortunately our salads took more than 45 minutes. The restaurant was not extremely busy so and there was a lot of staff working. Not sure what happened but people who were seated after us received their first and second courses before we got our salads. Waiter was outstanding and the salad was absolutely delicious. However, we were on a time constraint so we had to rush. Not sure where the breakdown occurred but it was unfortunate. Will certainly return because the food is absolutely delicious and the cocktails are great bud we’re hopeful for a better experience next time.
It wasn’t my first time at this restaurant but the food was brought so late . We had to wait 50 mins for a bread appetizer to be bought . Each appetizer came at a different time .
Having been there, its really more of place to meet up for drinks and some apps or a light bite. Maybe for a drink break while shopping. We walked into this place with the wrong expectation. If you're looking for a meal, this isn't the spot.
Open, nice atmosphere.
Foodwise 1 for 2. Squid Ink Malfaldine was good. Nice amount of heat. Caesar salad was awful - tasteless dressing and chicken was cooked to a cinder. To the restaurants credit they did comp the salad
Delicious. My daughter had the bolognese with fresh pasta and I had the branzino with broccolini, cauliflower cippoloni onions and snap peas. Delicioso!
My husband and I dined here on a Sat night. After our drinks arrived, we ordered the scampi appetizer and some bread. These came out well. For my meal, I ordered a Caesar salad and the bolognese. My husband ordered ordered a steak (medium well). I never received my salad but my bolognese was delicious as usual. My husband’s experience was not so good. After waiting about 30 mins for our dinners, his steak arrived lukewarm and the sides that came with the steak were burnt. We told the waiter who brought the manager over. The manager’s first question is “what’s wrong with your meal?” Anyone could see that the meal was ill prepared. The manager should have been appalled and taken the plate back with a promise of a better presentation. He did ultimately get my husband another entree but my husband is pretty sure he doesn’t want to go back.
Food was delicious especially considering I got two entrees. Atmosphere was amazing as well.
Service was so slow, food came out in dribs and drabs. When it did arrive it was wrong. The bar couldn’t make a glass of water right. We liked going here when they first opened but this is the second consecutive tries with similar problems.
Good at North Italia is always delicious. We enjoyed dining on the patio. Our waitress was excellent.
We sat outside and bees bothered us though I don’t blame the restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent.
Excellent food and service!! I will definitely be going back!
The service was great and the soup was very good
