Service was a bit slow, the main greeter (possibly a manager) told us of the back up after we ordered and had not seen our dishes in a typical time frame. Got our food, had to take it back to warm or remake the ravioli dish. Food was very tasty. They made it up to us by giving us a complimentary dessert. Small mess up and slower service than necessary is reason for the 4 stars.

Martini’s took 20 minutes restaurant half full. Food took exceedingly long. Portions are small. All 4 of our dishes were underwhelming. No Italian beers not even a Peroni. Real shame, atmosphere in restaurant is nice and we talked about coming back to enjoy the bar. Now we are saying never again.

North Italia Food & Drink are always good, not always great. The atmosphere is lively for a bar/restaurant. On this occasion, the service was exceptionally lacking, as we had to wait exceedingly long for our food including our squid ink pasta which arrived so late we had already lost our appetite. In fact, one of our drinks took so long that we had to cancel it, that is a first. So for over $100 bill for a party of 2, this was truly a disappointment.

Enjoyed the food very much and our server was great. Liked the QR code payment option. The one thing that I did not care for was how loud it was and the restaurant was not full. It was difficult to carry on a conversation with someone sitting across the table. Everyone around us was talking so loud too, just to be heard.

Recently I have dined twice at North Italia, and I definitely will go again. The food is imaginative, delicious and varied in scope. Service very friendly and helpful. The place is noisy and energetic, so not the place for intimate coversations. However, it's on my list of favorites now.

North is in a really cool, vibrant new area. The staff is great and the food is high quality. Not really the restaurant’s fault, but in this entire development that created three new city blocks of offices, apartments, shops and restaurants, there is a single handicapped parking spot on the street. There are dozens and dozens of regular spots on the street, all full. The parking structures are a good distance from the public areas. It’s really not convenient for people in need who are hoping to go to a restaurant, especially on a rainy day.

Really poor experience. Ordered wine bottle and after 20 min was told it was sold out. Ordered Seasonal vegetable salad with chicken and Spicy Rigatoni. Salad was fine and the chicken was cold, rubbery, not fresh and not edible. The Rigatoni had sausage that was hard and very chewy. Server never checked on us and was not available. Poor service, but food was just bad. Will not return. .

LOVE the Burratta with Heirloom tomatoes. Surprising they would limit it to only a few plates when it is so incredibly popular. If you haven't had it, you should! It's incredible. Attentive service and a wonderful selection on their seasonal menu.

I took my wife to North Italia in Franklin. I made reservations and we arrived a bit before our time. We were not seated until 10 minutes after our reservation time. Our waitress came to the table pretty soon after we were seated, and took our drink orders. The drinks came pretty soon and then we ordered our entrees. I also ordered another beer. The second beer took 20 minutes to show up. We didn't get our entree until over an hour. My short ribs were merely warm. A manager apologized for the entrees taking so long but that is all. Could have bought us a drink. The waitress was flippant. We won't go back

We love North Italia. The whole vibe is excellent. The cocktails are amazing and the food is on point. The scarletto cocktail is my favorite, the zucca chips as an app for sure, and the heirloom beet and chicken salad is so good. Repeat customer for sure!

We had a reservation, unlike the teens in front of us. We got seated at the worst table in the restaurant next to the swinging kitchen door and the bathrooms and they got a nice booth. Hostesses we’re clueless and didn’t care or know anything about the service industry. Past experience has been great service and good food but we didn’t stay to eat. Won’t be back.

It is what it is, very good what I call, semi fast food Italian . It’s a chain, so don’t expect old school Italian, but with limited Italian in Nashville , it’s good. Believe it or not, it’s Better than Sinatras and Luogo (which is my biggest disappointment in nashville, since I know Anthony knows better) where you’ll pay 5 times the price, but doesn’t compare to Culaccino . Great value.

Long wait for food. Kitchen backed up- a couple of people didn’t show up to work. Half of the orders incorrect. Our server was nice - should have checked orders before bringing to table. They did good job of getting 5 year old’s burger and fries quickly. She would have been really hangrey!!

We have enjoyed North Italia many times for dinner (wow, love it) but today was the first time for brunch. We absolutely were not disappointed. The atmosphere was great as always and the food was incredible. It is definitely now in the regular rotation.
