   We go to this restaurant all the time and the food and service is always great. Today it was at capacity with only a few tables empty and it wasn’t a good experience at all. It’s usually 5 stars for me but today it wasn’t. They sat us as a table that was unstable and unusable. I had to hold it with my foot to prevent from falling apart. I told and showed the waiter this and she said that she had let know the manager but they will still sitting people here. I regret not complaining to the manager. When they sat us down we waited 15 min just for someone to acknowledge us. Waiter came by and asked if we were being helped. I thought this was strange because it was like there wasn’t a waiter assigned to the table? Anyways the food wasn’t as good as it usually is. We will still continue to go to the restaurant however I wouldn’t go there for a special occasion on a busy day as service and kitchen cannot handle it. I thought I share today’s experience.

   Mother's Day Brunch was a success! Loved the brunch options along with the regular lunch menu.

   The server was impatient, asking for our order twice before we had even started eating our appetizer plates. Offered cocktails twice after I said I was driving and didn’t want to consume alcohol. We left promptly after we finished our starter dishes and went somewhere else to eat lunch.

   Visited twice in the past few days. Impeccable service both times. Some of the best I’ve had in a really long time. Yummy food and super nice staff! Will be back!

   Our server was probably new or in training and made a lot of mistakes. Which is usually fine with us. Everyone needs to learn on the job. I ordered a cocktail on the menu ( old-fashioned). I just asked them to remove brown sugar and syrup, and they decided to charge twice the amount of the price on the menu . I had half the stuff in the cocktail and the explanation was very vague. Basically, I was told that they served a shot over the ice so that did not make the cocktail that I had asked for so they had to charge me for the shot. That didn’t make sense because my rye and mixture only excluded syrup or brown sugar. Either way the drink was already watered down. Been to few north Italia, but this was the weirdest and most negative experience we have had. I would avoid this location until staff and management are trained.

   Let's just say it...North is great any time of day. I love their brunch...best avocado toast anywhere. Jackson is a great server and we enjoyed having him assist us while dining. We will be back again soon!

    Our experience here was a mixed bag…. Hostess and waiter were both super charming…. A credit to the restaurant! Drinks were over priced, but perhaps that is to be expected today. The food was good… enough…. but not great. Calamari had a batter which while perfectly seasoned and crispy, however the calamari itself way hammered. The salmon, ordered medium, was unfortunately well, but the accompaniments were delicious. Pizza was great. Vodka pasta had the perfect amount of sweet, heat and pink to the sauce. The Lumache pasta was not good… actually it was awful…. The sauce was broken, choked with garlic, and had no truffle flavor at all. I might be back at lunch for a quick bite, but I won’t bring a guest.
