   Service was slow waited a long time for food. We didn’t have utensils or plates. When we checked in hostess said table had to be cleaned but no one was cleaning it.

   Good brunch. Salmon Avocado toast was on point. Wasn’t too crowded on a Sunday around noon. Will return.

   This is our first visit to this location. NI in South End is delicious and a good vibe but the food at the Ballantyne location tasted under-seasoned and blah. The drinks were fine but not anything I’d remember. Our server did a good job but the entire restaurant seemed understaffed.

   Second time eating here and it is quickly becoming one of our favorites! DELICIOUS food, great service, beautiful interior perfect for photos…. We love this place!

   This was not our first visit. All visits had been great so we invited guest. The server was absolutely incompetent, slow, unknowable about the menu items, long durations away from us, didn’t clear our table, and only smiled as we signed the check. We had a party of 6.

   Next time we come for dinner, we’re gonna make sure to bring our fur coat. We absolutely froze dining there last night. Food was yummy. The server was extremely wonderful.. food was good

   Service was good, although never asked about a 2nd glass of wine. My bolognese pasta was OK and overcooked.

    The staff needs to work TOGETHER! The service was very very slow. The staff should have been helping each other. The waitress was overwhelmed, and the bar staff and others were standing around. They could’ve been helping her by asking if we needed another drink, delivering plates, clearing plates, etc….but instead they just watched from afar. Hmm. The food for the most part was good, love the ambience. Music was too loud, and the air condition was cranking on a cold day (so customers were freezing). The manager never popped over to ask how everything was. A little team work would go a long way at this place.
