We had a great time. It was my husbands first time at the restaurant and he loved it. The food was great; the drinks were amazing and our server was the best!

Service was good. A bit busy so understood things were a bit slower than usual. Appetizers came out at the wrong temperature and mentioned to server. Nothing was knowledge for the bill. Cold meatballs and polenta with marinara is not as tasty as it sounds

We made a reservation to dine at 9.30 pm we were going to a movie. I called the restaurant prior to check and the hostess assured me that as long as I was seated by 9.30, we’d be fine. When I made the reservations Open Table, there was a later reservation at 9.45 too. We arrived at the restaurant at 9.30, rushing to get there on time. We placed our orders quickly as we knew that the restaurant would be closing soon. Before we even started our meal though, a member of staff came over and asked us to pass him the candle and the vase from the table. He was collecting this from the tables. This was rude as this could have been done later for our table. Food was a 5/10 not bad but nothing to write home about. While we were still eating, the staff turned the bright lights on - signal that they were closing up. Again this was poor service to customers. Our waitress did come and apologize and ask if we wanted the lights turned back down so they knew it was not something that should have been done. From a restaurant like North Italia - we would expect the service to be amazing and truly this was both rude and upsetting. If it’s a problem serving customers late, it should have been made clear that we would have only 30 minutes to have our meal. In fact, we skipped dessert because we didn’t feel like that order would be welcome, we were not even asked if we would like to order dessert. We were out of there in less than 45 minutes. It was disappointing to have such poor service as this was our first time to North Italia and we expected better from this restaurant.

food was excellent. ordered squid ink pasta, calamari appetizer, shrimp appetizer, garlic toast,and chicken parmesan. Service was outstanding. A very nice dining experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Andrea was a FANTASTIC server! She made my birthday. No other restaurant I went to this week for my birthday even acknowledged a birthday (even though through Open Table it asks!) but Andrea and North Italia went above and beyond. I will continue to be a patron here.

Thu, 06/26/25 was my 2nd dining at North Italia and convinced my husband to try it. We were disappointed with North Italia Pizza and Tiramisu. Pizzas we had were way too Greasy “lead to a variety of health issues, including digestive problems, weight gain, and increased risk of heart ♥️ disease!!! This is the first Tiramisu we’ve ever had that did not taste Tiramisu at all. No taste of coffee and Liqueur at all. Very disappointing.😣 🤣missing & no presentation at all - served in a clear glass like a vase! Tiramisu tastes like a chocolate cake🙃 and not worth $13.00, sorry! Olive Garden Tiramisu tastes a lot better than North Italia and a lot cheaper. Asked my husband if we’re coming back to North Italia and he said 👎!😞
