   Went here for our anniversary dinner. Booked ahead and let them know it was our special day. We were seated promptly on the outside area as requested. Our waitress was very pleasant and handed our order quickly. our wine choice was very good and the bruschetta was amazing. our orders were as stated. I had the seared scallops that were delicious. We were given our desert free. Awesome dinning experience Thanks for making our night so enjoyable!

   Our third trip to North Italia since its opening and IMHO, this place is perfect. Fantastic food, cool vibe and kind, attentive and caring service. A definite upgrade for Birkdale Village.

   Service was ok with multiple requests for the extra napkin silverware unanswered/ignored. The table was not set properly for our party and we ended up taking silverware from an empty table. We’re charged for an item that we didn’t order and watched a toddler run up & down the bench of an adjacent table. Food was fine but won’t be in a hurry to go back

   Horrible (slow) service, food quality and quantity sub par, very expensive. Very disappointing

   Food took forever to come out, server was not very pleasant, portion size was super small and expensive. Pasta came out undercooked ( no not Al dente - truly undercooked) and 3 out of 4 dishes weren’t that warm. The White Truffle Garlic Bread and side Caesar were the best part of the meal but also very expensive for the portion size. We will not be back!

   Slow, indifferent service, good but cold food, uncomfortable seating. Not worth the price.

   Good food, FANTASTIC WAIT STAFF. Black bucket chairs are not comfortable and booths are too low for me. The crab & shrimp pasta dish is delicious but $40 including tax & tip & soda for 1 person is alot and I’m not filled up. No salad and no bread included. Wonderful Food, but not very much value for the price.

   Great food, great ambiance and great service. Did not like being told because we were 10 minutes early for our reservation that we had to wait 10 more minutes to be seated while walk ins were immediately seated; but we got over it.

    We went last night for my bday and we loved it! The food was great and everybody was so nice! Loved the atmosphere too
