   Long wait times for water or any other drink, terrible food presentation, not a single person in the reservation of 5 ate their dinner due to the taste of the food. What should’ve been a quick dinner turned into 4 hours!

   Been here twice and both times were incredibly disappointing. The first time, we left after 30 minutes of no one stopping at our table to take our order (went across to Saucy Brew Works, which was great!!). The second time was Mother's Day and it was a complete failure. Had a reservation, but no one seemed to care. Seated 15 minutes after the reservation, waited again to even place a drink order. Food came out cold, which is astonishing for how long we waited for it. There was a hair in one of the dishes as well. Spent over 2 hours there for, basically, a crappy experience. Don't go here unless you want to leave there severely unsatisfied.

   This is the second time visiting North High Brewing. The first time was in December. They were out of every beer I wanted to order! We ordered nachos and brussels sprouts. The food was good, but it took forever to arrive. Service was not great, either. We decided to try it again for Mother's Day. We had reservations, yet we had to wait 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. We were then seated at a 2 person booth, and we had 3 people. So after getting a larger table, we ordered. It took over an hour to get our food. During that time, our server never checked on us, offered more drinks, checked on our food, etc. My daughter had to get to work, so I asked someone to please check on our food. Finally it arrived and was not what we ordered. My daughter and I both ordered fried chicken sandwiches. Mine came out, but our server said they ran out of fried chicken, so he brought her a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was VERY thin and dry. We ended up switching sandwiches since my daughter hates grilled chicken. My son got a cheeseburger and it was way overcooked. This was definitely an awful experience, especially for Mother's Day! It seems like this could be a great place, but they have so much work to do to get this place in better order!

   Server paid too much attention then didnt pay any attention to us after a half hour. Food portions were tiny and bland. Not bad enough to ask to send it back but bad enough that id never go back again

   This place used to be awesome, but the food has changed and it just isn't as good. Also, I have been here on multiple occasions, and the service has been good one time, and that was when I was seated at the bar. Seated at a table? The server barely gives you the time of day. Really disappointing because my family and I used to love this spot:(

   What a wonderful little place! Our family of 4 had a great time here. Great food, drinks, service...everything! We even sat and talked with the manager about different things and he was the absolute best! If we come back to Cleveland we will be swinging in here again for sure!

   The food was delicious and the service was amazing! We were seated as soon as we arrived and our food came quickly. The drinks were great. Overall, this was more than I expected and I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Cleveland.

    Stop before Cavs game. The best flat bread ever. I had Nashville my wife had pepperoni basil. Just wonderful. A flight of beers and it was perfect. Service great !

    One of the members of our party got a flatbread. It was brought out about 10 minutes later than everyone else’s food and was very burnt around the edges. Two people got the fish and chips and asked for tartar sauce. We were told it would be a few minutes because the chef needed to make a new batch, but we never received any. The beers and cocktails were good, but definitely wouldn’t rush to return here for the food any time soon.

    we went here to celebrate my husband's BD. As soon as we walked in, we thought it was a cute place, but a little too loud with the Christmas music. As a result, everyone had to talk even louder which made it at times difficult to converse together. Unfortunately, we were told that they were out of the first items we ordered. There was only one of the dinner which was our 2nd choice, so I had my husband order it since it was his BD. After awhile, my dinner was brought out and my husband told that there was a mistake and the dinner he ordered was not available. So I had to eat part of my meal, so as not to let it get cold, while my husband waited for his. Once his arrived, we both enjoyed what we had. Our server was very apologetic and sweet even though we told him it wasn't his fault.

    We went to brunch. They were out of coffee, guacamole, fruit and potatoes. Our waitress was very nice but the food that they did have took over an hour and a half to get to the table. They also mentioned open table was not working so they didn’t know about our reservation. We only saw one other table with a single, and another family. It was awful.

    Had a 7:15pm reservation. They were out of a beer that we wanted and also out of an appetizer that was ordered. Settled on the pretzel. Pretzel was decent, but we never received plates, silverware or napkins to eat the pretzel. We ended up using our hands and passing around the plate it came on. We then sat there with empty glasses and an empty plate. Finally, had to go up to the bar and cash out because no one ever came back to check on us or take our orders. It looks like a nice place, but the service was horrible. We came in ready to spend money and try multiple things on the menu. Too bad we got to do neither.

    I had the veggie burger which was the best veggie burger I've ever eaten and I've eaten quite a few. My wife had the Ahi tuna taco which she loved. We were a little disappointed that they were out of pickles (fried) and out of jar pickles. I understand it's a popular dish but it was only 5pm. We did have the Buffalo cauliflower which was very tasty as well. Our server Alex was very cool and super helpful with answering all our questions. We would definitely return if we're ever back in Cleveland!

    Beers were ok. Nothing special. Ordered 2 flights. Pretzels took around 20 minutes to come out. The salad and burger were good. The sweet potato fries were cold. Gelato dessert was delicious.

    Normally we love this place but something was very off this last time. 630 reservations, were seated immediately and told someone would be right with us, we waited 40 minutes for our drink order to be taken and that was only after we approached someone three times. The server who took our order was great but informed us her was off the clock and he was definitely not sober. One member of our parties food was also unfortunately totally incorrect so everyone else was eating while the other member was waiting for their food to be prepared. Such a bummer since we usually love this place!

    We used Open Table to book a reservation for 6:30pm on a Saturday but we arrived a little early and were seated right away. For appetizers we chose the fried pickle chips and the blistered balsamic brussels. They were both delicious. The fried pickles were from the munchies section of the menu where the brussel sprouts were from the shareables so the portion size was definitely different, but that was ok because we were sharing both of them. Our entree selection consisted of the grilled yellow fin tuna tacos and the Hot Nash breaded chicken sandwich. The taco dish came with 3 tacos with a nice portion of fresh tuna slices. The mango jalapeño salsa on the tacos was sweet, not hot or spicy at all. I enjoyed the tacos. They did not come with a side dish so I added the sweet potato “waffle” fries. They were not actually waffle fries, they were crinkle cut fries, but regardless I could’ve eaten an entire barrel of them because they were amazing! My fiancé ended up ordering the Hot Nash breaded chicken sandwich because even though it was not even 7pm they were out of both the beer battered cod dinner and the salmon special. They are not kidding with the name Hot Nash. The dry seasoning they apply to chicken coating has a kick to it. The chicken inside the breading/coating was perfectly cooked and juicy. The sandwich though could’ve used some kind of sauce (maybe the avocado ranch they have) to counteract the dry coating. The sandwich came with thin cut fries. Overall we had a good experience. Our server Kayla was friendly but clearly busy. It looked like it was only her & one other female taking care of the entire dining room. That being said, the two of them appeared to work as a great team and helped take care of each other’s tables. When we first arrived the music did seem a bit loud but then after a while it got better. Overall we had a good experience and plan to return. We felt that for what we ordered (4 drinks, 2 apps, 2 dinners) our $100-ish tab was a fair price

    Service and food were top notch! The only thing that was just a tad annoying was the music level. It took alot to communicate with others at our table but not bad enough to not come back. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

    Has several vegetarian options on the menu, but practically none of them can be made vegan (butter in sauce on buffalo cauliflower), and even when requested to not bring the cheese sauce with the pretzels or the ranch with the buffalo cauliflower, they still put them on the side? An annoyance for vegans, but genuinely alarming if you have a dairy allergy. They have never had the vegan buns and have been out of the veggie burger 2/3 times we’ve been there. Will not be giving it another chance.

    Our group of four had a fun time and good meal here. Definitely a place to relax with friends. Really good beer and reasonably priced food to go along with it. Nice space, easy going service, as well. The GM was attentive, welcoming and helpful when things got busy. Recommend!
