North Fork Table & Inn
Restaurateur & Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser and his team have revitalized the historic property and reimagined the dining experience, while staying true to the ethos he shares with founding owners. As a longstanding champion of farm-to-table philosophy, it has been John's dream to open a restaurant on the North Fork, surrounded by farms, vineyards and fisheries.

Fantastic food and service to celebrate my birthday!
We go to the North Fork Table and Inn often and it never disappoints. Seasonal cocktails are delicious and the ambience in the restaurant is just perfect.
The waitress’s attention level was not what you expect at a fine dining establishment. Food was good. I have been coming here for years and I love what they did with the renovation but the last three times I have dined here the service has been sub par. Hostess was excellent and food runner was amazing!!!
North Fork always is a wonderful dining experience. Food and service was excellent from the moment we walked in to the time that we left. Have the duck. Have it twice!
Wonderful restaruant with perfect execution and food and a well trained staff. Even with a curve ball being thrown at the opertion due to a local watermain break down the street, the staff handled this with grace and professionalism. Well done.
One of my favorite restaurants as a local. But made a reservation for inside for a very special celebration, and was instead put outside and told there was an event. Service was disappointing and staff not as polished, as I experienced previous times. The food and superior service is why I've been a repeat and loyal customer. I hope the service is better next time, especially if you are excited to be celebrating a special night at the restaurant.
Alicia our server was wonderful. The food and settings were both great. Having candles on all the tables was a nice touch.
The North Fork Table is one of the best dining places in LI.
The food could not have been more fresh, more respectfully prepared. The tuna entree in particular was flat out the best tuna I’ve ever eaten — that includes NYC, LA, SF, Tokyo
Wonderful warm ambiance beautifully designed. Soft lighting. Menu interesting and mouth-watering. Food exquisite - delicious fresh and perfect smallish portions. Wine advice and selection excellent. Brava! to the female staff for their skills and knowledge. And to the chefs for providing their inspired tastes! Don’t miss this dining experience!
Absolutely awesome meal, great drinks, epic ambiance. Overall A+!!
Fabulous meal in a beautiful setting. Interesting, original menu. Cocktails were seasonal and delicious.
Great food and service however too many people tending to our table.. and courses came too fast . No breaks between and the restaurant was not busy.
Pricey, but worth it!
Attentive service by well trained staff. Beautifully prepared food, balanced textures and flavors served in elegantly appointed country inn. Interesting wine list.
We spent the last few days relaxing on the East end of Long Island. We enjoyed the vineyards, the breweries, the family farms, but the highlight of our little Fall get away was dinner this evening at North Fork Table & Inn! Our meals were fantastic! We started with oysters and broiled clams, and crispy warm bread with softened bitter on the table! Our main courses were filet mignon, lamb chops and the duck breast with polenta! The meal from start to finish was sensational! We cannot wait for our next trip.... we may just come out for the day just to have dinner here again very soon! Five stars and bravo to the chef!
Thank you for a lovely dinner!
What a treat! The decor was beautiful. The acoustics were well thought out. The chairs were super comfortable. The ambience was as relaxing as the food was wonderful!
Very cool vibe, hip and trendy. It’s like the favorite house restaurant you could ever think of.
Everyone and everything was wonderful
Incredible beautiful place with delicious food. Service was excellent
As expected, excellent food, service and ambiance. Did not disappoint.
We have been going once each summer to North Fork Table and Inn for many years. This was our first time back since the start of the pandemic and for the first time ever we were very disappointed. We missed the homey atmosphere of the past.
The music was too loud and too current; not the classical of the past. Although the waitress asked about food allergies and was told that pepper was to be avoided, the broiled clams were very peppery and when I said they were inedible for me for that reason, said she didn't know that they were pepper laden. The food and wine were overpriced, not "good value for money" as the Brits say. We will not return and that makes us sorry .
Small portions-quality not quantity. Great flavor profiles & attention to detail. Love the new decor!
This was our fourth visit to the North Fork Table and Inn. The first since its renovation. We had another great meal and drinks. The new decor is absolutely beautiful. Service was terrific. Wine list is very extensive. Wine prices are a bit high, IMO. A must visit.
Lamb chops were fatty and overpriced for what was served. Dinner was ok, much better several weeks ago.
My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the North Fork Table & Inn. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and they were more than ready to recommend what to order. The dinner felt so intimate and refreshing.
As much as we loved the original farmhouse feeling, the newly refurbished space is clearly an upgrade, and the service is more polished than ever. Generally the food and beverages have gotten a step-up under the new ownership, but some dishes seem to be trying to be too many things at once. The grilled maitake mushrooms arrive perfectly salted and charred, but the accompanying tomato risotto is too acidic to be pleasant and too dominant to pair with the maitakes’ sublime woody notes. Similarly, the moist, flaky seared cod would be rave-worthy if it weren’t dressed with far too much lemon. In the Sea Air Martini (pickled tomatoes, Botanist gin, dry vermouth), the tomato brine and the vermouth combine for an unpleasant confusion of incompatible flavors. (It can easily be fixed by dropping either the tomato brine or the vermouth—one way you’ll have an excellent martini with a well chosen vermouth–gin pairing; the other way, a truly remarkable tomato gibson.)
None of this is to say that the Table & Inn isn’t worth a visit. Having dined there four times under the new ownership, we have found more than a few commendable dishes and cocktails. We heartily recommend the tempura corn, the roasted duck breast, the carrot farrotto, and the People Peaser.
Clams were amazing and the south old grill was fantastic - great all around
An amazing special occasion restaurant! The food is incredible and the ambience is lovely.
Loved everything about it !
The North Fork Table & Inn is a hands down best restaurant on the East End
It's a must reservation
It's repellent! I found the kitchen was very slow. Overall its the finest in the Northfork.
A beautiful restaurant, the food was delicious with very fresh ingredients.
Thie North Fork Table & Inn restaurant was wonderful and charming. Food was delicious and cocktails were superb! Such a gem in the Hamptons!
Made reservations for our 15th anniversary. We were presented with a watermelon cocktail when we sat and the waitress offered her congratulations. We proceeded to ask her for recommendations and each was better than the next. Tried the clams, corn fritters, filet and a seafood plate. Broken chocolate cake for dessert. Food, service, atmosphere. Make the trip, it is worth it.
It was a pleasure and the new face of the restaurant was so nice to see. Service and food was lovely.
This is a fantastic restaurant that is both beautiful and has great inventive food. The bartender, Melody, makes outstanding artisanal cocktails. We were so impressed by these particular drinks -High Summer Sour and the Sea Air Martini-that had it been open we would have gone back the next day for more. The appetizers were delicious and in retrospect we wished we had made a meal out of trying them all versus the entrees. I had the Cod which was rather bland and uninspired and my husband had the duck which was good.
Overall it was a beautiful experience. The wait staff attentive and talented and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend it despite our underwhelming entrees. Beware though-it’s expensive-but it is true fine dining and we felt it was worth the splurge.
