The food was very disappointing. The salmon burger was dry and bland. The sea bass the same. Prices were high for the quality, service, and ambience.
Food was cold
Excellent meals, but they could use more staff.
Amazing value, high-quality food that both myself and my vegetarian friend found delicious. I was impressed by the diversity in meals. We both appreciated how generous the servers were in their pouring of our bottomless mimosas and bellinis. Add to that the welcoming ambience, and it made for the perfect Sunday brunch.
LOVE IT! don’t order the bellini
Delicious! Good North Fork vibe in the West Village. Extra appreciated that the restaurant was definitely enforcing the vaccine mandate, it made for a safe-feeling and enjoyable experience.
Say at the table for thirty minutes and nobody ever came to even give us water. Asked three times for service and nothing. After we had to wait for twenty minutes for a table despite having a reservation. Skip it all together.
Overall, a great night, however they were very busy and the power went out in the kitchen, so service got pretty backed up. We had to go inside to look for the waiter after being ignored for a while. They were super nice about it, though, and gave us a free round of drinks as a result. It’s a fairly small place but the staff hustles hard and are very accommodating. Definitely will go back some time.
we had a 5:30 reservation, but the kitchen was closed until 6. so they should not have open reservations on open table during this time. additionally we sat outside and there were rodents in the outdoor seating area.
Bottomless Brunch, they kept coming around and topping my glass up; they never let my glass get completely empty. BIG PLUS ! !
Delicious brunch with friends.
Great food and service in wonderful atmosphere.
Decent place for a meal. Food was good but not great
Waitstaff was non-existent. Had to flag down each time with 20-30mins between sightings. Waitress had to reconfirm each of our orders (drinks, apps, entrees) 2-3 times each round.
Service was so so, a bit off putting at times. Drinks and food were good.
Service was very slow. We sat outside, a rat run against my shoulder half way through dinner and we had to leave.
Great food and options! They offer bottomless but it is also reasonable to get brunch drinks alone.
The wait staff allowed our group to catch up uninterrupted and was patient while we decided what to order. Thank you for a great meal!
It was great. They had mimosas and the food was tasty; however, the portions for brunch are small.
Great selection, beautiful decor and wonderful service!
way way too noisy; everyone yelling at the top of their lungs, even though it wasn't even that crowded...but the food was very good.
The host at the door was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we attempted to check in for our reservation. After we were seated the server was nice but the entire experience seemed disjointed, like no one there knew what was going on. The food was very mediocre. I've had better burgers from the freezer section of the grocery store.
This was our first time, but will not be our last, at North Fork. Food was delicious. If you haven’t tried it, you should.
The food was really good, as well as the drinks. I’d say the only sour thing about the experience was being told by someone on the staff if we were done because they needed the table for another reservation. I completely understand that it was a busy night, and I too made a reservation, but it came off very pushy and targeted. And if they were going to get technical, I still had time in my 90 minute limit. I’ll take this as a one time occurrence, but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about the place.
Our Hudson Valley braised rabbit and Long Island sea bass entrees were well prepared but the fish was cold by the time it reached us.
My negroni cocktail was well balanced while my lady's Lady Christopher was a bit unusual but both suffered from being watered down, mine by virtue of a glass full of crushed ice.
Subsequently, a prosecco was improperly served in a stemless flute, not the best for keeping a drink cold on a warm evening. All in all, the evening might have rated better with a more experienced eye on the service.
Food and drinks were great!
Nice neighborhood spot, but nothing special. Food was good, service was slow, but the place was packed as it was Mother's Day.
Super friendly staff, delightful cocktails, crisp fresh ingredients, savory cooking. Local neighborhood joint I’ve been longing for! Cant wait to go back
Sad to say our dining experience was severely lacking. Started with seeing a BYOB Mon -Wed on website. Staff stated that was from before we they didn’t have liquor license. Our “waiter” was completely disinterested and unhelpful. There was a very sincere and attentive waiter in training. Watermelon salad was delicious but small for price tag. Had cauliflower flat bread which was terrible. So disappointed.
I will never ever go there again
It took over 30 min to get my daughter dish after we got ours all wrong ,
Not ENOGH staff and the bartender was trying to donit all
Dirty as well
Poor service, nice food but overpriced
I'd only heard good things, but sadly my experience wasn't great. I had the duck which was tasty, but lukewarm. My friends steak was 'chewy'. The sidewalk table had neither cover or heating by the doorway. The waiter was nice, but run off his feet. After the poor experience with the entrees, we skipped desert as we had lost confidence, but I was tempted by the souffle. Maybe this is more of a brunch place or maybe avoid a Saturday night.
The accommodated our table of 8, but it was overall a weird experience. We waited 25 minutes for drinks, then when they delivered our food they forgot to put in the order for one of us and we had to ask twice for forks lol, then another one of us waited 90 minutes for a cup of hot water, and they wouldn’t let us split the Bill and said one card only. Also - if one person gets the brunch special the ENTIRE table has to get it. Such a weird spot and none of us will ever be back.
Great food and friendly service!
nice spot for a date. the food was great - id recommend checking out
Food was great, but maybe skip the bottomless brunch option. Seemed a bit understaffed when we were there, and had to ask pretty frequently for refills. They tried to cancel my 6 person reservation an hour beforehand, even though i booked my table over a month in advanced.
The 'game' portion of the menu was the reason for the visit. The rabbit was delicious. the happy hour cocktails were a steal. The server was very welcoming and gracious.
Excellent spot for brunch! Always seated quickly and can't complain about bottomless mimosas!
Nice restaurant in the heart of West Village. Christopher St can be a little noisy if you are sitting outside, but besides that food and service are outstanding
