Service is very slow at times, 10 minutes just for one of us to get a second knife and fork after starter - and a second drink was late. Took 15 mins+ to get the bill, no staff walking around bar one, very quiet but no servers checking on people. Ridiculous

A regular here .. unfortunately this was the complete opposite of every other visit Kids pizzas (x2) were still cold/frozen in the middle Orders placed to include dietary needs - meals arrived with no adjustments Other meals - like warm Drinks order - completely wrong 3 meals of 6 Sent back Early Sunday - wasn't overly busy - no excuse On top of tht the waitress was trying to clear the table whilst we were eating - even though we had stated that the kids were still eating on 2 occasions Very disappointed for what is normally a good experience

Had never been here before and could not recommend more highly. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, service was very quick and the food was outstanding. I had the carbonara and my partner had the burger and both were delicious. Will definitely be returning.

We were a group of 24 - a mix of children and adults. We felt very welcomed and the food was perfect. The service was brilliant!

I'm sorry I can't give a higher review, especially since the first night's dinner was actually very good (Sea Trout was excellent, and the Carbonara was, as well!). The restaurant was always hot. I mean we moved away from the kitchen the second time in, hoping that it would be cooler, but it wasn't. It was bad enough that we took our food to go the second time, rather than be miserable and eat there. We asked if we could just do room service, after we ordered, since we were so uncomfortable, yet were told it would be another 8 Euros for the delivery, so I waited for the pizzas. Which brings up the food this evening. We ordered the Vegetarian Deluxe Pizza and the Mighty Meaty Pizza, and were sorely disappointed. The Vegetarian Deluxe had nothing deluxe about it, it was a premade crust, with a tiny amount of sauce, a bunch of cheese, and very few vegetables on it. The Mighty Meaty was anything but - again, tiny amount of sauce, bunch of cheese, 12 slices of pepperoni, and a few onion slices. I wish I could show you the picture I have, you'd wonder why it was named Mighty Meaty, too. Staff was difficult to get in touch with (although there was a blonde manager (?) who was working hard, and was able to get us our check when our server was MIA). It's too bad, as it seems as if the Hotel spent a lot of money on the property, yet I wouldn't eat there again even if paid. I do hope that they can fix the issues here. We commented about how hot it was, and the front desk person just agreed with us.

We were a small group of eight and this was our first time as a group dining at North. The menu choice was varied with a good selection of meat, fish and vegetarian options. Light bites are also offered for grazing. Service was very friendly efficient and attentive. Food was well presented and with decent portions. Ambiance was smart casual. Value was good with an average €30 for mains and a dessert that reflected the quality of the food and presentation. We will be returning.
