The name North 28 is inspired by the 28th circle of latitude North of the equator. It represents a route that traverses the snowy peaks of Mount Everest and makes its way to the golden dunes of the Middle East.

At North 28, you can experience a unique blend of hot and cold, fire and snow. Our menu is inspired by the scenic views of snowy Ski Dubai and our culinary aim is to ignite all your senses while dining on dishes that will
