The food Normanside Restaurant is always outstanding. I have never had a medicore meal. The service is professional, but friendly. The dining room is lovely and the acoustics are such that conversation is enjoyable . They currently have great happy hour deals, 5-8 Monday through Friday evenings.

I was looking for something different for dinner. I happened to come across this restaurant, I was looking for something inexpensive. I typically don’t eat hamburgers but Normanside offers $10 burgers so that’s what I got and it was just what I wanted. I was sat next to the fireplace which was very nice for me and it was a relaxing atmosphere mostly because it wasn’t very busy.

Food is always very good. Even a sandwich seems special. Prices are reasonable. A nice quiet relaxing atmosphere with good service.

A group of neighbors enjoy getting together and going to Normanside several times a year to talk and catch up on news. We always enjoy going to the Normanside because the food is good, the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant .The service is always warm and welcoming. Every time we go, we come out saying what a pleasant time we’ve had. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a enjoyable evening out.

My party of four all had the strip steak, which came with potatoes and broccolini. The steaks were tender and flavorful. The restaurant was busy, but our waitress stayed on top of things. She was pleasant and efficient. Comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere.

Fortunately we were seated near the warm fire place on a snowy evening. The service was fine. Food arrived in a few minutes and was good but not outstanding. For example the Spanakopita was not made with filo dough, but seemed to be rolled in a pancake. Ambiance was perfect-no loud music, no loud conversations, sound at a minimum-allowed us to enjoy our conversation comfortably. Planning to return.

Beef was good but side dishes was terrible. Potato were uncooked and broccoli was over roasted.

Food took a very long time to come out. They did not register the Open Table Res. Had to wait to be seated. Food was very good when it arrived.
