Who is Norman Rudy? It’s time to answer the question that the whole world no doubt, is asking: “WHO is Norman Rudy?” This unique moniker was inspired by two loyal, loving “family members” who are near and dear to the hearts of our leadership team. Norm and Rudy are the names of two local rescue dogs who brought a great deal of joy to the families that adopted them. More than simply an homage to these loved ones, the name motivates our team to create an exciting new life and identity for this venue through a generous serving of attention, love, and care. Our goal is to deliver a consistently high level of service in a fun and safe environment, and to establish Norman Rudy’s as a trusted part of the Squamish family. So please, be our guest. Come. Sit. Food was overpriced and horrible My broccoli for appetizer was cold the meals came on plates that were wet The burger bun had to be removed because it could be rung out with dampness and the fish and chips were wet and soggy The waitress gave us a “locals discount” which was nice but we already were locals and didn’t make up for the food we couldn’t eat

Dinner out as a couple. Service was good. Food also good. Would have been better if we had been informed as soon as we sat down that there were specials offered that were not on the menu we only learned after hearing another server tell another table and we were already halfway through our meal. We would have been more comfortable during our visit if staff wore masks and maintained social distancing better.

Our party of 4 sat outside on the patio, which the Open Table booking allowed. We were greeted and seated promptly by our server. The food is quite tasty. My son had the bison, elk, venison burger that was done perfectly and very , very tasty. The soup of the day was tasty enough (home made tomato). The Pacific Cod fish and chips was done nicely too. They have a great beer selection too.
