    We had amazing food and tried all the Crudos . The fish was incredibly fresh and the flavor profiles were original and delicious. The service was amazing . Mike the manager and all the staff were incredible.we will definately be back

    Food, ambience and service is probably one of the best in Jacksonville.. if you like sushi. The sushi is bar none best in Jax. Chefs are amazing and engaging if you sit at the bar. For a couple - the sushi bar is the best location. Velour chairs everywhere. New York styling. This is an event. Not just a meal.

    The food was absolutely wonderful! All of the employees were very friendly! My only real complaint is just that the staff wasn’t the most attentive—it seemed like they only have a few servers working, I think hiring a couple more waitresses would fix that completely, and the atmosphere with the gold and teal felt a little cheap to me. I had a great time and the food was delicious Thank you!!

    This was my second visit because I loved it so much two weeks ago. The food is so delicious and everything from the service (by Emily) to the ambience was perfect. I would highly recommend that you check it out!

    Norikase is one of most favorite restaurants in Jacksonville, we go there twice a year. Everything there is absolutely amazing from the vibes to the food and OMG the service is top notch. We always request Emily , she’s our girl , she remember what I like and what I had the last time I was there .. she make up feel very special. Love her attitude and her welcoming smile. Thank you so much Emily for giving us always exceptional experience.

    We had the most delightful experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Emily was our server and she made certain that we had a wonderful evening. It was our wedding anniversary and we were very glad that we chose to celebrate it there.

    5 stars! Michelin star worthy for Jacksonville in 2026! This is creatively inspired contemporary Japanese cuisine at its finest. Amazing service and a nod to offering imported items Japanese premium markets here in FL! Cheers!
