   When we walked in we were told to sit wherever we wanted by the sushi chef (? This is later questionable). There were only 2 clean tables in the restaurant. There were 4-5 seated tables and 4-5 dirty tables. We sat and were handed menus with no greeting or any other word. After 15 mins our waitress asked for our drink order and food order. So we ordered everything appetizers and sushi and drinks. Before ordering I always ask if a restaurant has lime or not. She said yes so I proceeded to order my Coke Zero with a lime. Drinks came out another 10 mins later mine with a lemon. Now I’m not sure where in the English dictionary lime translates to lemon so I asked politely if they had limes and could I please get a couple. She said yes and left. After that we didn’t see her at our table again for another 20 mins. We soon realized she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Anyway our food started coming out all at once, soup, appetizers and dinner. I again asked for my limes and finally got them. My husband’s drink at this point was empty but We went ahead and started eating. The waitress completely ignored us and some of her other tables started to finish and leave. Eventually we were able to flag her down to get a refill for my husband. She also grabbed mine to fill up at the same time. We had kept a menu since this was a first time in there and didn’t know if we would want more or not. The table next to us had also ordered sushi and the sushi chef came out and I thought I heard him say they were out of rice and completely understaffed. Then went back to the kitchen. A few mins later they had more customers trying to come in and they said they were closed. I heard the sushi chef complaining to someone about how embarrassing it is to run out of rice. Our server ended up leaving the check never asked if we wanted anything else. She made a point to tell me she added my discount I had from the beginning. When I looked at bill no discount was added.

   First time at this Nori Sushi and very pleased with rolls and the appetizer.

   Impressed with how well they handled a busy Valentines Day crowd. Super simple ordering that worked perfectly for us
