Didn’t eat so please ignore food review. The cocktails were brilliant, we really enjoyed. Probably some of the best I’ve tried. However the service was really average, really really slow and waiting about 20-25 mins just for our drinks. We said we would have bought more but couldn’t be bothered waiting that time again. Also one staff member was quite miserable. The staff did kindly let us attend our booking much earlier.

Had a great time here, the service from the staff was fantastic, and made us both feel welcome. The atmosphere was great, with good and fair prices across the board. My only comment would be that we specified it was an anniversary but did not stand out from a standard booking.

Nor Loft is a great place for a special occasion and lovely if you want to drink Champagne and enjoy lite bites although slightly expensive. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and staff always very welcoming and friendly, I have enjoyed all of my visits whether it is very busy or quieter and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

wee bites and nibbles and the rośe bubbles are excellent. Staff provided the best service. Ambiance is beautiful especially the overlooking view from the terrace. Fantastic place to celebrate 30th birthday drinks with a beautiful view over Edinburgh Waverley station and Princes Street. Our server, Chris, was so attentive and pleasant during our time at Nor Loft. Great asset to the team and so friendly to chat to. I booked a table to celebrate me and my partner’s anniversary and the place honestly exceeded my expectations. It was everything I wanted, classic drinks and nibbles, amazing service, interiors and views. Special shout out to Devi who looked after us during our stay. She was personable, bright and went above and beyond in offering to do stuff for us. We also would like to thank the team at Nor Loft for a wonderful card for our anniversary and experience as well.
