   Everything was really delicious and service /atmosphere were perfect for Sunday night dinner with my wife. Highlights were mustard soup, smoked salmon with gooseberries, and herring sandwich.

   I never had Dutch food before, and went to Noord more on a whim than anything. And let me say, Noord is the reason I love trying new things. The entire meal was excellent, though in particular "Jonnathan's Hand-made Bread" is out of this world. Service was great, and our server, Liz, is a treasure <3. Maybe you don't know if you'll like Dutch food, but I promise you'll love Noord. --Josh

    Went for restaurant week. The salad appetizer was blah, very little dressing. No salt or pepper, no real flavor. Had the pork entree. It was so tough that I could barely cut it never mind chew it. My dinner partner agreed with me on both dishes. My companion had the bitterballen for appetizer which was very good and the salmon which was perfection. Both of our desserts were very good. have to give 2 stars for food because of the pork. Will go again when it is not restaurant week because the reviews are outstanding.

    One of the best meals I've had in Philly in a while! Delicious fresh bread with dill butter, great salads and soups, and perfectly cooked fish, followed by dessert. I was very impressed with the food which exceeded my expectations. Service was mediocre, our waiter was hurried and a bit rude. Otherwise a totally enjoyable experience and we will be back!

    I would highly recommend Noord! The food is of a cuisine that you don't find very often in Philly and it was great to try something new. Everything tasted phenomenal and I was talking about it for the rest of the night. On top of all of that you can't beat the fact that Noord is BYOB.

    Stunning! I’ve been coming to Noord for a few years and I love it every time! So many Philly restaurants are over-hyped and overpriced for the portion size. I love how you don’t have to hear some long pretentious explanation about “how to order from the menu.” This place is cozy and relaxed. This time around I had no idea it was restaurant week, typically something I avoid b/c it’s so pedestrian and the menus are dumbed down. I was not disappointed! Our table of three shared all of the options. Delicious!!!! Salmon perfectly seared over roasted root veg, an indulgent clam, mussels, and potatoes in a dill cream sauce, and our favorite acorn squash w lentils and goat cheese. My friends had never been and they were so happy! I always run into someone I know here which always makes this place feel even cooler. Noord is perfect for all kinds of diners! Go ASAP. Ps the staff is so beautiful too!

    My wife booked Sunday night for the beginning of a birthday celebration. We were both excited to try Noord. The food and service were both top notch. What made the evening spectacular was the attention to detail as well as Joncarl. We felt a great warmth and really enjoyed the great conversation. Needless to say, we plan on returning and digging deeper.

    We went for restaurant week to try it out. We loved the ambiance, the noise level was perfect. Energetic vibe, friendly service, dimly lit, roomy tables and the anteroom kept out the cold very well. Very comfortable. Oh, and BYOB! yeah! The home made bread was great, as was the salmon with root vegetables and bread pudding. Not a big fan of the croquettes (bitterballen) and the lemon cake. I think this cuisine is just not our thing. I would totally recommend to anyone who enjoys this menu.

    NOORD never disappoints...this was the first time we'd been for Brunch, and it was just delicious...again, so many unique flavors and combinations of foods. I cannot get enough of the grilled bread...also, many selections for vegetarians, like me. Obviously "THE place to be" on a Sunday...the place was quite full, at 12 noon. Servers are all so friendly and helpful. I hope to be able to come back, again and again.

    Had dinner at Noord last night. It’s a wonderful Dutch restaurant at 11th and Tasker. Their food and service are tops. Small place, but not tight, as tables are well spaced. We had Mustard Soup with Scallop and the Smoked Cod appetizers. For main courses, we had the rabbit leg and the salmon. Both were well prepared and had uniquely delicious flavors. Their homemade bread goes perfectly with their food. Great for dipping. The restaurant is byob and less than a block from East Passyunk Ave and all the fun spots there.

    Noord is so unique and delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal here!! The staff is excellent too. The bread is always amazing. This time we had the salmon and the meatballs. The restaurant was mostly full and it still wasn’t too loud which was very nice.
