At Noona Meat & Seafood located in Parsons Alley in Historic Downtown Duluth, we showcase New American cuisine highlighted by fine meats & seafood favorites. We take pride in sourcing from the Southeast's best purveyors. The restaurant is centered around an open kitchen with a 9 foot wood burning hearth.
Our Bar features craft beers, inspired signature and classic prohibition era cocktails and an extensive and interesting wine list.
Noona offers a weekday (Sunday through Thursday) happy hour from 5-7pm and half off Wine Wednesday’s.
Noona is a 2018 and 2019 Opentable Diners' Choice Award Winner. The Gwinnett Daily Post hailed Noona as the "Best Happy Hour" in 2019.

Service was excellent and a great atmosphere. Great tomato soup. Steak was expensive in my opinion (around $50) and just ok. Brussel sprouts were very good!
The Octopus was fantastic as was the mixed cocktails.
Best meal I've had out in ages. The waiters advice of requesting that they split the Braised Short Rib entree into two plates was good advice - we added a side of the brussel sprouts and it was the perfect amount of food for two.

Meal got rushed a little at the end since we had reservations at Red Clay, but the meal was outstanding!

First time to Noona and won't be the last. It was my wife's birthday and they really did it right. Our reservation was right on time, and we were greeted immediately by our server. Water glasses never got empty, but I didn't notice when they were getting filled. Our server knew the menu well and made great recommendations, made sure we were enjoying our meal without being pushy, and capped it all with fireworks on a slice of birthday cake. Glad we chose this place purely on Open Table recommendation.

It was a little loud and not really a good date night place since you sit so close to other diners. The food was really good and the service was excellent. The parking is not so good.
We always love going to Noona! We loved the food and atmosphere and our waiter, Rocky, was awesome! The spare ribs are to die for and our spinach salad was good. We’ll be back...

Service was nearly impeccable. Bartender needs to be a little more customer service oriented. She didn't acknowledge us and she wasn't that busy. Tyler our sever was outstanding with suggestions, service and witty conversation. Food was cooked to perfection

Upscale unpretentious friendly dinning. Host as well as, translatable menu knowledge. We throughly enjoyed our perfectly grilled rare filet, like butter on the pallet, & seared scallops, perfect texture & personality. As for their adventurous Asian fusion sides...well, I’m not going to drop that spoiler. You’re just have to run that gauntlet for yourselves. 👍👍
Great service, great food and a great atmosphere. It’s cool that the kitchen is out in the dining area and the oysters are awesome.
Char broiled oysters were great as were the short ribs. The lamb chops had no flavor. It took 45 minutes for the oysters to arrive. 1.5 hours for two courses seemed excessive. By the glass wine list was limited as was the dessert menu. Service was good and the smell of the wood fire stove was amazing. Would go back but skip the Lamb next time.

This was our first visit to Noona. The oysters were wonderful and our meals were superb. It was my husbands birthday and they surprised us with two delicious desserts. His had a big flare candle in it. Our server Tyler was very accommodating and informative. Very friendly staff and 5* food quality and presentation. This restaurant is pricey but worth it for people who enjoy good quality food and service.

As always, the food was perfect! Loved the bites of oyster, tuna and the amazing duck. Red velvet cheesecake was outstanding. Japanese old fashioned was so smooth and delicious. Service was fabulous. Great way to start a celebration of 2019!
We were treated by one of the owners when we arrived add seated promptly. Unexpectedly some good friends arrived shortly after we had completed our appetizers. When our friends joined us our server was able to handle the momentary confusion and got us all on “schedule”. Service was outstanding, our server did not hover near our table but she was very much in touch with our needs. Our adult beverages were delicious. The main course was one of the best steaks ever. It was done to a perfect medium rare and served straight from the grill. Plating was beautifully done. Our desserts were equally delicious. All-in-all we had an amazingly delightful experience. Highly Recommend Noona.
This was our first time here and it was awesome! My husband and I both enjoyed our entrees, sides and drinks. I had steak with sweat potato and he had the bacon wrapped duck with smashed potatoes. We ate everything! I had the Strawberry Fields Forever cocktail and it was delicious! Can't wait to come again!
Great steaks, bone marrow, and spinach salad.
The food is OK, but not for the price they're charging. Especially on Sunday, if you want a steak house, they charge you $28 just I sit down. The salad was skimpy (1 plate to share among 4 people) xmas their family style sides were tiny (potatoes were an ice cream scoop in size to share for 4 people). I don't mind spending $100 per person, but don't try to rip us off. 1/2 the steak orders were wrong when brought to the table as well. Too bad, great location.

Great oysters on the half shell and ribeyes perfectly cooked. Creamy mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus were as good as I have ever had. Only slight negative is that the demi glace sauce on the steaks was a little salty. Service could not have been better.
