Pretty sure they gave me a New York strip when I ordered a rib eye… I asked the waitress to make sure and she asked the cook which told her it was a rib eye… I don’t like to really complain at restaurants cause i work in the service industry. Oh well I’m probably never coming back, plus the steak wasn’t even that good… for a “rib eye”
Great atmosphere! Food was delicious. Will be going back real soon
Great meal and service. Highly recommend the octopus and the lamb!
Delicious food every time
Good and service was great as usual. Great teramana drinks too
Excellent service and delicious food! Chef AJ is the best! The entire staff is amazing. My to go place for business dinner. Thank you Noona Crew!
Enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Look forward to possibly returning one day!
When we walked in 15 mins before opening, we were rudely booted out. The least you could have done was offer us an outdoor seat and provide us with some water in the hot sun. Food was good but portions were small. Overall, pre-pandemic visits were MUCH better!!!!!
Awesome food, awesome experience and again awesome food. It was the perfect place for my wife and I 6yr anniversary. Staff was amazing and the chef really put his foot in the food. All around great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and go back and visit. I’ll be having dreams about kimchi rice even after my next visit.
We had a wonderful experience at Noona's. Their oysters are always a hit and we enjoyed our short rib and lamb chops as well. Daniel, our server was so attentive and made the experience even better.
It was a great dining experience. Busy but didn't feel crowded. More of a intimate setting. The food and service was great! Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend!
One of the best dining experiences in recent memory. From the appetizers through the main courses to dessert, our meals were simply perfect. I highly recommend the broiled oysters rockefeller and the bone-in Kansas City strip!!
Love this place downtown Duluth. Oysters are awesome. So is the grilled octopus and mussels. Drinks are superb and the service is also top notch. Had chocolate cake for the hubby’s bday. It’s was delish as well!
Everything was delicious! Oysters were fresh and plump, and grilled octopus had great flavor and texture. We had the short rib and bone in ribeye, both cooked to perfection. Sides were tasty as well. Don’t miss the kimchee fried rice or cheesy corn.
Nice urban vibe, a bit on the noisy side. Service was slow. Table too close to bathroom doors. A couple stood there arguing for 15 minutes. Steaks were very good, loved the grilled caesar salad, roasted corn and kimchi fried rice. Too expensive for the noisy, crowded feel.
Underwhelming and overpriced. Would not return
Wonderful time. Food was great. Our server was so nice. I will definitely be going back.
Food on menu was not available and couldn’t accommodate for my son
We absolutely love this restaurant and come every chance we get. They are masters on the grill. The lettuce wraps are phenomenal and any fish on the menu or specials is a treat. Last night my husband splurged and had the steak Diane. He said it was awesome! I had the swordfish special and was hesitant because swordfish tends to be dry. This dish was fantastic and very moist. We loved everything!
My wife and I go to Noona every Thursday and we love it. The service is amazing and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend everyone and this restaurant to your rotations.
Delicious meat and cheese plate. Shared the ribeye and lobster. Was very good. Great service . Wedge salad was great also
Service was prompt and courteous. The food was exceptional, as always. We really enjoyed trying the new cocktails and a new wine with dinner. Always one of our favorite places to dine in Duluth!
We ordered the shrimp cocktail to start. The shrimp was very fresh perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. It was an excellent start. For the main dish we shared the surf and turf. My husband and I both love steak and are pretty picky. The steak was very high-quality and perfectly cooked. I would skip the steak sauce - it had a ketchup undertone. The lobster tail was disappointing. It was over cooked and then over seasoned… I think to make up for it being over cooked. The vegetables that came with the entrée were flavorful and well prepared. I would definitely skip the crème brûlée for dessert. The custard of the crème brûlée was way too thin… It should’ve been double the thickness. And the hard candy shell top was watery.
We had the best Anniversary dinner. The staff was friendly and the food was so delicious! We will definitely be back soon!
Always great service and yummy food! The bacon wrapped duck and grouper entrees were both fabulous!
Excellent food and drinks. Daniel was very helpful. We enjoyed our birthday celebration dinner.
NOONA was absolutely 💯 amazing! Delicious food, great location, wonderful service and an all around simply perfect! Our new favorite place!
First time there and loved it. Service was excellent and went out of their way to make sure it was a greet evening. The food was great as well and we will certainly be back.
Been there numerous times so what we were served on this visit was unacceptable. Had a $60 supposed rib eye that didn't look like a steak of any sort and was so tough and filled with gristle the knife couldn't hardly cut. My wife ordered a filet and not much better and had an odd taste and smell. Sides weren't any better and in my opinion didn't appear to be fresh. Again after having gone numerous times with excellent food this was a completely different experience, disappointed.
Food was excellent. Server was on his game great service without being a pest. Dining room was a little warm. You should try it. We will go again next time we are in the area.
Oysters Rockefeller and charbroiled were very good, and the shrimp too.
Party of 3 with reservations on a Saturday night at 730pm. We were seated immediately. Took a few minutes for server to come over and ask for our drink order. Took longer for delivery and placing of appetizer. Ordered the octopus which was delicious. Took longer again for server to take entree order. Ordered steak/shrimp, duck, and a burger. All of our food was great. Our only complaint would be our specific server. He was not attentive and spent most of his time talking to coworkers near the food/prep area. The rest of the staff appeared to be on point. Would highly recommend as the food is great with a distinct Korean flair.
We love Noona! The food is unique, amazing, and always delicious!
Overall great experience, friendly staff, great drinks, good food. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the Charcuterie and the staff could’ve done a little better job clearing plates, refilling waters but that may be due to current staffing shortages
Since discovering Noona a couple of months ago it has become my favorite restaurant! Love the pork lettuce wraps and while all the meat and oysters are really good I’m always amazed at their gift for perfectly cooking fish! Fish of the day and the Grouper are always amazing!
I had the braised ribs and was very happy. Large portion and very tasty. If you ask for a wedge salad be prepared to eat a lot of lettuce. Next time my husband and I would split that. Very good - just way too much for one.
My husband had the shrimp and grits. He is from SC so he has high standards. They were not southern style but my husband ate the whole plate full and was very happy with it.
We plan to go back and try the steak. Will let you know:)
Always great. We had the bacon wrapped duck (fantastic) and the scallops (brilliant). Had the octopus appetizer and it was even better than the last time…seemed to have a bit more spicy kick.
The food is stunning, we went for our first wedding anniversary and had a lovely time.
Excellent! Only area of concern...bar service (drinks, wine) was slow.
