Other than it’s very very loud everything else was really good they took fantastic care of us and you can tell the ownership really cares. Definitely worth giving a try.
Great restaurant, excellent service and food. Rachel was our waitress and she was phenomenal.
Loved the ambiance here! It is a little loud and we had to almost shout across the table. Upbeat energy.
The food was great, everything we got was delicious including pizza, espresso rubbed filet, Brussel chips, burrata, and the cocktails were very good as well.
We were happy overall and would definitely come back!
Amazing food every time and outstanding service!
Wonderful restaurant! It's my favorite for its pies (pizza) in the entire valley.
Fantastic food, service, ambience, and price. Filet and pizzas are amazing. Soooo good -- 100% will be back.
Our waiter forgot about us and left us for 20 minutes. The manager took care of us after we asked if we could order. He was super kind and apologetic and said he would comp our burrata which we were very happy with, making up for the absent waiter. The waiter came back to apologize and all was done professionally. And then the bill came at the end and the burrata was not comped.
Great date night with the wife. Drinks were great, service was top notch and the food was incredibly tasty. Even though this place is not a “steakhouse” the espresso filet was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had and me and my wife frequent the “upscale” steakhouses. All in all it was a 5 star experience and no doubt we will be back!
Had a fabulous dinner. Meatballs and strawberry/spinach salad were delicous. Sat in a cozy booth. Martini- perfect. Pizza-fantastic.
Delicious and beautiful barramundi entree. Great service. Thanks!
GO TO NOOK!!!
Second visit. Filet was perhaps the best I've ever had. Airline chicken was excellent.
On our first visit the noise level was off the decibel charts. The second visit was a bit better, but still loud.
Amazing food and great service! Love this place!
My family was celebrating everyone being in town and this was our restaurant of choice. There was something on the menu for the meat eater, the pizza diner, the vegetarian, and foodie that just watched Stanley Tucci's Searching for Italy show.
Always enjoy Nook, great service + great people + great food = great all around
Great vibe, delicious pizza, yummy drinks, good friendly service. Going there is a win!
We had a very good experience (again) at Nook. The waiter and service was top notch . The food was delicious…. Steak, pizza, salad, pasta and the olives were so tasty. Thank you Nook!
Food and staff were amazing! We will definitely be back!
Second time eating at Nook Kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about the food. A fresh, interesting, creative take on traditional Italian classics. The wine list is really good, offering both California and European wines. The price point is good. Where Nook Kitchen is outstanding on food and beverage, they are less so on service. I'm not sure if they don't have enough wait staff or the wait staff they have is not properly trained, but both of our experiences started out strong, ended with a bit of a fizzle. I'm going to chalk it up to the employee shortage many businesses are suffering and hope they can fix it soon. That said, the food makes up for it so we will be back.
First time diners and we will definitely be back. However, (and I should have said something that evening) my pasta was twirled into one big, stuck together clump. A tasty clump, but still a clump. And my BF’s filet was fatty and tough. The artichoke appetizer was DELICIOUS! We really enjoyed the atmosphere (such a great view of Camelback!) and cocktails, and understand that not every night is perfect, so I guess this is just an FYI for Nook. Looking forward to trying happy hour and pizza sometime. You should try it, too!
One of the most underrated spots in Phoenix. Pizza is amazing. Service is friendly and personal. Some great items on the menu. Bring back the beet carpaccio!!!
Veggies were beautiful. Loved the artichoke, it came with very yummy mayo, and strawberry spinach salad was beautiful. But the cacio e Pepe was a major disappointment. Way too toothy and very dry. It’s also very, very, very loud in the dining room. We shouted at each other through the whole meal. But it’s a very fun bar environment. A great place to have a drink and apps and people watch. We will go back but not for a meal with loved ones we haven’t seen in awhile. Not a place for catching up.
Pros: food is great - creative and meticulously plated.
Cons: service was slow - I think our server had too many tables. Our food items didn't come out in the order we had requested. And right off the bat we didn't get the type of table we requested on the OpenTable app. Hostess took a very long time to even acknowledge us. Overall the service needs to be better or we won't go here very often.
This was our first time at Nook Kitchen and we will DEFINITELY be back! I told my fiance that the pasta was just like the pasta we had in Italy! I was blown away!
Wife and I decided to try this place out after passing by it countless times. Overall it was a good experience and we will go back
Our 1st time....Beautiful Interior, super friendly team and awesome food! Best thin crust Pizza I've had in Phoenix! Arugula salad was beautifully prepared too. Great experience.
Get the pork chop or salmon! Amazing!
Great food and atmosphere. Love this place!
Nook Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants. We've never had a bad meal there; the pizza has been the best in town for years and the entrees are perfectly balanced.
Food great, service great, it was a little too dark & the music was a little too loud. Difficult to talk to the people across the table.
We will be back. The pizza was great!!
First time here. Very enjoyable atmosphere. We got a table with a wonderful view. Made it in for last 3 min of happy hour and got some great appetizers and a pizza. The food and service was excellent. The whole family enjoyed Nook and said they’d want to come back.
great food, drinks and service
So delicious! Appetizers are amazing and they have the best pizza around. Great service too ...
A hot spot for newcomers and regulars!! Wonderful ambiance and service. Our waiter offered excellent suggestions on drinks and food based on our tastes. We got to sit at the pizza bar and were able to ask Nick, the head chef and former Chopped Champion, questions regarding his Chopped experience and his love for cooking. We will definitely be returning!
Wonderful experience! Service was great. Food was very good. Gelato was awesome 👍🏼
Restaurant did not have our Opentable reservation but sat us anyway. Food was delicious and came out faster than expected (considering the restaurant was crowded).
Amazing cocktails and the food never disappoints!
We had a delightful evening at NOOK. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . We had the arancini appetizer and a margarita pizza. Both were very good. Beer and Aperol Spritz were delish too. Atmosphere is great with large open windows which gives a patio feel. Décor is modern and makes great use of space.
