The music was BLASTING and it was very difficult to hear friends across the table even though there were very few people in the restaurant. I had the branding which I found to be very bland. The broccolini was undercooked and I had difficulty cutting it with a knife. Mashed potatoes were good. Husband had a chicken special....$35 for a VERY small rolled chicken breast on a bed of mushrooms and green beans. Appetizers were pricy....calamari was much too salty and the meatballs were very small. Nothing memorable.....probably won't return.
Food was fabulous. Service too. The music was way too loud.
Cozy Italian restaurant in Westlake Village. Food was tasty and presentation of food was great. Over all a fun place to try out
Everything was delicious! Great selection of wines, food, and desserts. Our server was so nice and friendly! Very reasonable too for the amount of food we ordered.
Nonna is our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. We usually eat there once a week. Everything about this place is truly excellent. The man who owns the restaurant is a constant presence greeting patrons as they come in walking around always keeping an eye on everything making sure everyone is happy. The service and staff are excellent and the food is five star fine dining but at Reasonable prices. When we first started going to the restaurant we could get reservations more easily and it was always full but now it is packed and with good reason because word has gotten out, so a little harder to get reservations unless you get them well in advance. We’re very happy to have such a wonderful place so close to us
Great food. Great service. Way too noisy! We could barely have a conversation. I would go again but sit outside.
Great pasta and authentic Italian food! Service was on point and the ambiance both inside and out is perfect for any occasion. Drinks were also quality, the can even make you virgin drinks if needed. A little gem of a place in Westlake Village, must go to if you’re in the mood for Italian food!
Great food, the restaurant is very noisy but service was excellent food was great. Slow-is service but I could see they were under staffed for a Friday night, the place was packed, and for good reason...you will not be disappointed in the food,,,
We are regulars and are pleased with the quality and preparation of the food-pastas and the sauces we've had-vodka, bolognese etc, The linguini vongole and the branzino too!
Food was excellent. Menu alittle difficult to read. Service was good. Don’t take one’s dish until all parties are finished. Even though we were outside it was very loud. Remember to make a reservation!
This is the very best Italian restaurant in So Cal. One of their cocktails is my all time favorite.
There’s nothing I can say about this restaurant except amazing!!! Every single time!!!!
Beautiful decor, fabulous food, great service
Fantastic evening. If I were to give one criticism it was that the speaker was right above the table and very loud.
The food was amazing. The service phenomenal.
It was my 72nd birthday and they didn’t do anything and it was on my reservation when I made it!
Was a pleasure talking to you, I`m happy that you could see that unfortunately there was no note of a birthday made by you at the time of the reservation. This been said we would love to invite you back for a nice dessert on us, looking forward to see you back soon! Ciao!
Food is was AMAZING, great service, great atmosphere! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Definitely will be returning very soon.
Excellent food and atmosphere. It’s my “go to” place when I’m in the area. Staff and service were fantastic as well. Top notch experience and fun too.
Jacopo and his staff headed by Giovanni always offer a premium dining experience. Great menu with a wide variety to choose from and always interesting specials.
The staff was very friendly. Our server, Michael was lively and welcoming. His knowledge of the food and recommendations were spot on! My experience as a first time patron was magnificent. I will be going back often!
Love this place.
Nonna’s was incredibly. Everything was delicious- from the bread to the entries. Will certainly return.
Had a nice dinner. Food was good, my sea bass was good but my broccoli was a bit overdone.
We made reservations for 7:45 and the place was full and the food came out with perfect timing. Everything was perfect, well done guys!
The food is amazing!!! Everything fresh. Service is outstanding
Great food! Super friendly staff! Pretty outdoor setting!
As always beautiful restaurant, great service and delicious food
Nonna is fantastic with spectacular food and attentive service.
First time at Nonna. We were excited as our daughter's study abroad in Rome had been interrupted by COVID and she was craving some delicious homemade pasta. Upon arrival they sat us down immediately in their outside patio, in a corner table facing the parking lot and construction. It truly didn't resemble Italy. Waitress simply forgot to go over the Specials of the day, which we found out after our dessert when a couple sat behind us and she extensively went through the specials and menu with them. With the hopes of getting a taste of Italy we ordered the Fritto Misto (Calamari), Strozzapreti, Cacio e Pepe, Ravioli Ricotta e Spinaci and Brasato di Manzo. Our favorite pastas were the Stozzapreti and Ravioli. The short rib was good but over mashed potatoes it was just Americanized. My cocktail was good but not freshly muddled. Nonnas Cake was also good. Overall the food was good, experience was just ok, perhaps they were just too busy since Italy won the Euro Cup. I am willing to give them a second chance and will return with hopes of getting the opportunity to taste the specials and other favorite items on the menu.
Lovely setting great service and great food
Reliably good food, interesting specials, great service.
Consistently delicious food and service, visit after visit. Owners check on tables all night long. One of the best Italian restaurants in SoCal.
Outstanding all around.
Nonna has fabulous food, great ambience and excellent service.
Authentic Italian restaurant with shabby chic decor!
Good healthy food and excellent service!
Our waiter Micheal was the most attentive, knowledgeable and personable waiter I have ever had. He was able to answer any question effortlessly and explain each meal in detail that truly helped to figure out whether it was the best option. Not only were all appetizers, entrees and desserts delicious but the ambiance was also very inviting and comfortable.
Food was excellent as usual but the service was spotty -- all the servers and staff were terrific but it took too long for our main courses to come out. We will be back …..
That was incredible. I will be returning as mich as possible. Not only was every single server and bartender hospitable, but the managers came around to check on us. The food was outstanding! The decor was beautiful and clean. The service was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ten stars!
