Nonesuch is a playful dining experience with a serious approach to hospitality. You can choose your own adventure or leave it in our hands. We embrace the warmth, community spirit and energetic ambitions of Oklahoma City, with great care for our planet and guests.

Thank you to the staff and chefs for a wonderful dinner to celebrate my birthday! I appreciated the attention and as always everything was excellent! Highly recommend the tasting menu and maybe adding an “extra entree”

Incredible meal in Ana amazingly intimate venue. Food was well beyond my expectations. They stayed with this simple appearing yet amazingly complex and bright dish that blew me away. A MUST visit.

My partner and I traveled from Tulsa to come eat at Nonesuch, and the crew as a whole took extraordinary care of us. The food was outstanding, and the chefs who put it together presented the dishes to us with great care and professionalism. The FOH crew were extremely hospitable, and presented drink pairings with knowledge and care. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

If you are craving food similar to The Bear, but don't want the yelling and drama (and live in the real world), this is the place to go in OKC. Is it small food big plates? Yes, but if you are just hungry and don't want to be hungry anymore, go to Chili's. If you want food that is an equal part performance art, come here. I grew up in an Italian American family, and my Dad cooked 75% of the time, and taught me about tastes and seasoning and textures. The one thing bugs me about expensive restaurants in OKC is the ubiquitous huge $90 steak and boring sides that I can do better for cheaper. I want the food to surprise and delight me not just make me feel so stuffed I can't drive home. If I'm going to shell out the money, I want the menu to take me on a journey to someplace I have never been. That's Nonesuch. The combinations of flavors are so novel, so innovative they are truly surprising a delightful. The wine pairing is perfection as well and adds depth to each of the five courses on the prix fixe menu. Every course was mind blowing, and it's difficult to say which was my favorite. I guess I'd have to say the lamb with its perfect crispy char and savory sauce. If I had one suggestion (NOT criticism) is that the exquisite sauce for the smoked gouda filled pasta course seemed to be wasted without some bread to soak it up (good bread is ever present in an Italian household). Although, the wait staff did provide us with small spoons so that we weren't subjected to the conspicuous indignity of licking the plate--which I was about to do! Long story short, it is well worth the money, and don't worry about feeling full. The food is small but after all the courses and wine pairings my wife and I were pleasantly full (not bloated) upon leaving. This is a must try experience if you are in OKC. I've eaten at Michelin Star restaurants, and this is restaurant well worthy of the honor.

If you want to have an unbelievable experience, then you have to eat at nonesuch. The flavors were so unique and exquisite. It is obvious why they are going to win a James Beard award.

We always have an excellent time at Nonesuch. Chef Garrett and his team know how to make the everyday seem magical. We love his playfulness and creativity when it comes to pairing the most unexpected ingredients in beautiful and unbelievably tasty ways. The tasting menu is the best! At par with foodie experiences in big cities from around the country.

A more flexible tasting menu with exquisite courses made our evening really special! Attentive but not intrusive waitstaff knew their stuff about what they were serving. And they now take walking. Go for it!
