   Great place for amazing wine (also available by the half glass!) and really great small plates. Everything is perfect from the artwork on the walls to the overall decor to the service.

   Our second time here. We love their small plates and the wine selection. The food and wine were great just like the first time, and the price is way more than reasonable. We ordered 4 small plates, and a charcuterie board with 2 cheeses and 2 meats, and a bottle of French wine, but it only came to a little over $100 (for 2). The server was nice, but we felt a bit rushed as she was checking on us so many times and literally came to our table as soon as I put the last bite of food in my mouth. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

   Always awesome experience at Nomad. Love the changing menu items, the mushrooms were excellent! Worked our way through most of the tapas menu, not a bad dish in the mix. Yum

   Great selection of small plates and cheeses. Outstanding wine selection. If you’re unsure, ask. Francis will give you the perfect recommendation. The food is so good. It can add up $ but worth it!

   I wish I could be giving a better review. I was so excited to finally go to Nomad and it has been on my bucket list for months. We arrived outside just before they opened and when we were greeted at opening time it seemed like we were an inconvenience. I believe the two people working were the owners - the female never ever made eye contact with us the entire time we were there even though she walked by our table several times. The male seemed inconvenienced by our presence. We ordered a few small items including a $5 order of cheese - the amount was about a tablespoon of cheese. When my friend asked about the wine selections again it seemed like an inconvenience to ask, he was emotionally detached. The male server couldn't get the payment machine to us fast enough - not asking if we wanted to anything more. Keep in mind there were no other customers. We were quiet and not disruptive at all - just not sure what was up. Perhaps the two were having an issue between each other? Likely it was an off night which is what I hope for them. Sadly, my excitement went away, and I truly hope others have better experiences. After we left, I checked in with my friends to make sure I wasn't imagining the experience. They assured me they felt the same way. I hope my post helps the owners reflect on how they greet/serve and chat with their guests. I can only hope they are successful and can survive their business.

    Frances and Brian have created an impressive restaurant with excellent ambience and delicious plates and selections of foods and wine. They are so incredibly knowledgeable about their wide range of fascinating wines. My friends Renee, Todd, and I had a exceptional evening, and we all strongly recommend Noma Charcuterie.

    Simply awesome. Every, single, time. Keep thinking we should venture out and try more new restaurants but we keep returning to wonderful delightful dinners at Nomad! The owners are awesome, the atmosphere is wonderful but its the food that is also 5 stars! Innovative, delicious small plates that are great for sharing among friends. Last night we had the pork belly, garden beet salad, german potatoes, meatballs in a red sauce, cheese & olives samplers and savory carrots. Each dish was truly special.

    Nomad is lovely for anyone who appreciates wines from around the world in a beautiful bistro setting. Their charcuterie boards are artistically done with a wonderful assortment of either domestic/international cheeses, meats or both. Small bites also don’t disappoint with unique flavors to treat your tastebuds. If you want just wine and dessert, they have an olive oil cake and for the chocolate lovers, get the seasonal s’mores pie, both are epic. The owner Frances, knows her wines, the art of genuine hospitality and has brought to Bellingham a gem of a spot.

    We love Nomad! The wine section is amazing, the season menu is mind blowing and the desserts.. THE DESSERTS!! I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing the deserts are. We have tried all of the charcuterie boards and the pairings are interesting and thoughtful with products I wouldn’t have tried otherwise and I always love them. The owners are the coolest people ever and the staff are the nicest. Approachable wine and charcuterie with a fantastic music selection.

    we love Nomad! it’s the perfect place for a relaxed celebration. the staff is so wonderful and kind, owners Frances and Brian are bringing something so beautiful and needed to Bellingham. we stopped by with a few friends for my partner’s birthday and we were absolutely delighted by the service, atmosphere, and incredible food. if you’re looking for somewhere to truly enjoy the company of others, with an incredible setting and interior, look no further!

    We enjoyed sampling the olives, potato pave, tomatoes, and short ribs while we drank delicious red wine. For dessert, we had ice cream and olive oil cake. Everything was very good, and our waitress, Abigail, was delightful and attentive.

    Fabulous! The small plates were the best thing I've had to eat in a few years. The charcuterie board was tasty and had a nice variety. Large wine selection with some beer options as well. Looking forward to my next visit.
