What an original and fantastic dining experience! It only seats 16 and everyone sits at a bar around the chefs preparing every course. Our host Sebastian was very outgoing and made everyone feel at home.

No era lo que esperábamos, demasiado ruido incluido el del extractor de olores, el menú que nos tocó era mucho con frito lo que se vio reflejado en el olor del lugar y que salimos oliendo nosotros a grasa, el filete completamente pasado de termino y nos dicen al principio que su cocina es de productores locales y del dia y vemos el tocino y el queso en lonchas del super. la verdad teníamos mas expectativas.

Awesome experience at Nom Polanco. Unique dinner where everyone has a front row seat of the chef's in action. The food was incredible, paired with great wine, beer, mezcal, and tequila. A truly awesome experience!

Nom was fantastic! Alex and staff were able to put together a great ensemble of dishes for the tasting menu. The pairing was also very different included not just wine but also some beer and local tequila. I would definitely eat at Nom again and absolutely recommend Nom to others.

Great intimate dining experience! We were all amazed at the precision and focus that went into preparing each dish. Definitely worth coming back and seeing what other types of dishes would be offered. The nice thing is if you are allergic or have any food preferences you can tell them in advance so they can prepare dishes accordingly so you don’t have to skip a dish!

Hidden behind an alley, Nom is a real find. It felt like eating at a kitchen of an old friend. And the food! Phenomenal. The scallop was one of many highlights. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar para tener un menú de degustación de buenas porciones y muy buen sabor, preparado justo enfrente de tí. El prepostre de la cena es fantástico, se puede solicitar el maridaje muy bueno también. Es caro, sí, pero la experiencia y la calidad de los platillos valen la pena. Muy buena atención, ambiente intimo, max 16 personas en una barra frente a la cocina abierta. El menú varía y se adecuan a las restricciones alimenticias de cada uno. Muy buen lugar.

Nom is a special space. The entire restaurant consists of bar seating facing the kitchen. The menu is prepared by the chef, leans to sea food with an ultimate meat dish (duck in our instance), and can be combined with a beverage pairing. The beverages included not just wine but also an opening beer and a shot of Mezcal.

Nom Polanco fue definitivamente una experiencia culinaria inigualable. Más allá de la excelente elección de menú, la experiencia de cocina expuesta es un deleite visual para todo amante de la gastronomía. Un menú vasto, de 8 tiempos, con un exquisito maridaje nacional. Por su servicio, comida y exclusividad sin duda repetiríamos una velada especial en este magnifico y vanguardista lugar. ¡Felicidades a todo el equipo de Nom Polanco!

The food was good, a little busy on the plate and in the mouth. The portions were extremely large for a 9 course meal. The problem was that there wasn't enough time between dish and dish, we felt rushed. With portions so large there wasn't enough time to have a conversation, wine, etc. Our reservation was at 9:30, by 10:30 we had had a 9 course meal and the restaurant was completely empty.

Es un lugar con cocina abierta y tres chefs, 7 tiempos, deberían tener cubiertos para cada platillo, usas los mismos en todos, sea pescado o carne, y la comida no llega a ser excelente, la idea y concepto es buena.

La cerne estaba terrible muy difícil de masticar, los demás platillos buenos a secas.

El vino tinto nos provoco un dolor de cabeza terrible, y solo fueron dos copas.
