This is such a great place to dine ! The food amazing , the service outstanding , the atmosphere fantastic! Great fun evening
Nola's is such a fun place! We celebrated our son's 17th birthday with his friends and had such a great time. Food, Ambiance, Service were fantastic
Love the food and service!
I was so disappointed. I organized a birthday dinner for a friend for 9 people, made reservation in advance and on the day we got there and it was closed!!!!
Nobody told me anything, nobody called to let us know and I was perfectly able to booked online!
As you can imagine we had trouble finding a table for 9
I’m so disappointed, they could have called me to let me know, that’s why we make reservations!!
Waiter was great!!
I hadn't been to Nola's in quite a while and it was as good as I remembered, with timely menu updates. The cajun zoodles were fantastic and my date loved the chicken and waffles. I usually have wine, but their cocktail list was too tempting! Service was great!
Try the spiced apple crumble, it was amazing. Large enough to share!
First time, waitstaff nice. Cocktails very good food was good too.
I’ll visit again.
I had an amazing birthday with my finance at Nola great food and awesome customer service. I will be back! I’ve Already spread the word about this place!
First time visit. Good service, fun surroundings, good food. Many younger customers, probably techies and Stanford. Worth a visit if you like cajun.
Love this place! Come here few times a month. Great food paleo, dairy free, gluten free KETO options.
Nice food, cool decor, good service
Great place, awesome food, v reasonably priced bottomless brunch (and the drinks are awesome). Came with a group of 11, booked online with no hassle. Only complaint was the giant tv in the room we were in, but the staff happily turned it off on request
The service was a bit slow, the manager came over to explain the reason, they had sent someone home sick. He then took care of us himself. Very pleased to see someone take responsibility!
I have been coming here for years; good food and ambiance, will definitely come back!
The food was okay but I feel like it's getting a bit tired. It's a good place to have some fun and you will enjoy the food if you haven't been before
Girls night out. Great shareable dishes and a huge variety. Staff is awesome and really makes you feel welcome. Love!
I made the reservation with notes stating that it was a birthday. Our server completely disregarded this and brought a scoop of ice cream after we ordered desert. Then asked “oh it’s someone’s birthday right”
Our server was throwing dishes into the dish tub extremely aggressive, making a high amount of noise during dinner. It seemed as if he wasn’t having the best of days and we inconvenienced him.
Everything was fine except from the temperature, it was freezing cold
The food was overpriced --ok but not special. The crab/crawfish taquitos had no crab flavor and tasted like cheese taquitos, the tuna poke had decent tuna but sauce was a teriyaki and nothing special (had better in the Kapaa Safeway!). We used a gift card and they refused to refund the remaining 20% and that left a bad taste overall. We won't go back.
Fun atmosphere and delicious food. I loved the fried chicken and waffles!
I went on a date with my honey and we both ended up getting the Spicy Jambalaya with a side of corn bread. We also shared their delicious Nola's hurricane and for desert we shared their bread pudding. Everything was on point and very tasty. I highly recommend this place!! Love love their food.
Loved the food and the ambiance. Everything was great!
Chicken and waffles is excellent value, in contrast to most other places in Palo Alto. Nola is where French-styled restaurants intersect with the strange concept that entrees should be filling.
My fav place to take out of town people! Always delicious and a good atmosphere
Really good food and great ambiance.
Great and unique food!
It was truly a fabulous Valentines Day. Thank you!!!
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife on a busy evening. The food was excellent, the ambiance is fantastic, and vibe is a delightful hint of "NOLA"
Excellent food. Slow service on Valentines Day
Birthday on Valentine’s Day
great spot, they offer seating in one of the two different bars or a semi covered patio, good place to take someone to impress them. Food is unreal good.
The skirt steak is a must have. Some parts of the restaurant were very noisy and the hostesses seemed to be a bit confused an unprofessional- said our table was ready then left us standing at the podium, drinks in hand, while they seated others for over 5 minutes. Didn't address us during this time (why call us away from the bar to say our table is ready?) They seemed very young, could use some customer service guidance.
Great starters and lots of options for vegetarians in small plates. Great veg jambalaya too. Enjoyed cocktails—great for a girls night out.
Shared tacos, taquitos, and jambalaya. Had to try the beinets. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was also pleasant.
Service and food is always incredible!
My first time visiting...Great food and atmosphere before a basketball game. We ate a lot!!! Planning to revisit
The food was good as always. The service was a guy running a script. He basically told us what food we have to have and what drinks we needed to have and didn't listen when we disagreed. The portions were small for the prices and we were more or less ignored in a room with no one else.
I've only been twice, but I will continue to come back. The food taste like real New Orleans-style food. We had a mishap with them not find any my reservation on my birthday, we had a mishap with them not finding my reservation on my birthday but they end up accommodating us. I feel like that was good customer service.
All three of us agreed this was the best food we ever had! I literally busted my belt after the meal (that last beignet pushed me over the edge). We can’t wait to go back!
