   We walked in with a party of 7 the hostess did not give an effort to welcome us but the setting just looked tired . I would really recommend to improve the look of the dining area to complement the photos on line of your food. Overall we decided to walk out before we even sat down. The online pictures looked luxurious, inside decore and layout coupled with not getting greeted after making a reservation , we just decided it’s best to take our group to another location . We ended up going to Blk Swan and spent the evening there. This was our first time at Noir. I will try your food another time but it will be through a food delivery service . 3 armed military looking guards at the door (I get it it’s baltimore city ) but that doesn’t encourage a mature crowd to come in and spend money .

   Our experience at Noir was amazing! Our waitress Yasmine was so amazing, took great care of us and my mom allergy situation, and the food was so delicious. She greeted us with care, smiled the whole time, and the owner came up to our table tell us happy mother'sday. I believe in giving credit when credit is due, she nailed it. We enjoyed our time and we'll definitely be back for more!

   Overall the restaurant was nice I live the inside it was very calm and relaxing. The waitresses were very nice and happy and polite. The drinks were a 10/10 highly recommend the strawberry Hennessy drink . The only thing I think should be better is the food portions and better choices of soft drinks they didn’t have too many options. The dessert was great as well. I would give the food at 8/10 I would definitely go back !

   Party of 4 celebrating a birthday. We were the first customers in the restaurant and received drinks right away. Drinks were good. 2 more people entered and sat at the bar. We waited an additional 15 mins before asked if we were ready to order. 3 of the 4 items we ordered were not available (steak egg rolls, no mushrooms for the flatbread, and no sliders just a large hamburger). We were told “we ran out”. I suggest inventory of your kitchen and create “special” menus according to your inventory for that day. We paid for the drinks and went to another restaurant. With as many stipulations they have on their website about dress code and reservations, I expected better. If I have to dress a specific way, then I expect to hear music that I don’t have to apologize to my mother for. SMH I’ve wanted to patronize this restaurant for a while, and thought this occasion would be the best time. unfortunately, it wasn’t. I tried, and I will not return. I wish them the best and hope they use customer feedback to improve.

   I wouldn’t recommend this place for food the drinks are ok. $97 + tip was outrageous but I didn’t request my $ back when I clearly could’ve because the food was barely touched. My waitress never gave me the water I asked for which was the 1st thing I ordered plus I know it’s hard to find the right person to fit in ur business so I pray the find a better cook before they go out of business.

   Party of 6. I’ve never had such a horrible experience anywhere! I called to say we were running 10 minutes behind and was greeted with a major attitude stating “if you don’t get here within the grace period, you won’t have a table”. We get there and there nobody in there anyway. So they seat us by the door which was very cold and uncomfortable. Reservation was at 8pm. We didn’t get drinks until 8:43. Our food order wasn’t taken until 9:17. Our food was put on the table at 10:03, 10:10, and 10:23. The food wasn’t horrible but definitely not worth the price. In this time period, our second round of drinks didn’t gone until our food was almost gone. No apologies for the service…just attitudes and eye rolling.

    I had a reservation for 12 for their dining experience upon arrival I was unaware the hookah experience was separate and I was informed it was a busy night and sections for hookah would not be available which was totally understandable but the young lady called for a manager in which I was greeted by the owner and when I say nothing short of wonderful customer service as he gave me a little background of the lounge he assured me he would have a section available for my party once we finished dinner and it happened exactly as planned our experience was wonderful great food, drinks, hookah, music and customer service which is all I ask. Definitely worth my time & money.

    No one waited on us at all they brought us waters and that was it, it was about 8 waitresses standing at the bar and I’m guessing the floor manager as well she even noticed no one had waited on us and did nothing.

    Ambience in energy was cool but the steak egg rolls were trash they look nothing like the picture they were small like egg rolls you get from the freezer section at the grocery store they were not worth the price point the Parmesan garlic fries were OK they needed seasoning in addition to the Parmesan and garlic overall I would go again for the vibe and drinks not food

    This place opens at 5 on Tuesday, we were there at 6:30pm no one was in the restaurant, no customers at all just us, we were seated, no drinks were offered, I had to ask for water, we had to ask to order food, we got our food, I had shrimp and grits, I had to ask for a spoon, waitress said all spoons were dirty and offered me a plastic spoon to eat with.

    What a great experience for my daughter’s birthday dinner! Unbeknownst to the Host, she was the chosen waitress for our party of 12, 12 15 year old teen girls to be exact! And she was amazing. My girls had such a great time, the entire restaurant made them Feel Welcomed. Thank you for hosting our little girl’s birthday dinner. We will definitely be back for those amazing Noir wings

    Great food. Annoying atmosphere. The club music --played at high volume-- is not conducive to having a meal with a friend with whom you want to have conversation. Even after the owner (who willingly agreed to lower the volume) lowered the volume, one of his employees raised it again after the owner left. The food, on the other hand, was VERY good! I would recommend patronizing Noir Restaurant as a take out establishment. But as a good dinner spot? No. It may be more attractive to the college students who want to hear pumping music .

    Our waitress was nice however they made us change tables and forgot to bring an appetizers ordered to the new table. They sat us near the front door and the breeze from outside kept us cold all night. Then all of the guests at the table food arrived at different times. Lastly we went out to celebrate a birthday and they had no dessert to help us celebrate with. The space is beautiful!

    Super-delicious food. Very fresh and very well prepared. The atmosphere is casual and sophisticated. Cory took me upstairs to show me the party room, wow, is that cool. you can rent the room for private parties, receptions, etc., for up to 30 people! I love this place.

    We made 8:30 reservations. When we got there, they were having open mic night, which is cool but there was no place for us to sit. I waited at the front for someone to greet us and no one ever came. My girlfriend and I left and went to another restaurant. What’s the point of a reservation if you’re not going to reserve a table?

    Very disappointed -- the Gluten-Free options were close to non-existent (3 veggie dishes). Granted, I did not do my homework prior to booking, but I can usually find something on the menu. We decided not to stay. The decor was very nice and the wait staff very friendly. Would love to see a better menu.

    I can’t properly review this place because we never ate there. The ambiance was very nice. It took a while and a leave and return, and more waiting for us to be greeted by someone. When the gentleman did greet us, he was GREAT!!! The staff was courteous. However, we couldn’t stay because it was extremely LOUD!!! There was a live band there and the place is small so we couldn’t hear ourselves talk, we couldn’t even hear the server! So unfortunately we had to leave but I would love to return when it’s not so loud.

    My date and I showed up for our 7pm reservation about ten minutes prior. The owner was outside and said he had a private party of 52 people and would have to squeeze us in to get us seating he went inside as we stood outside waiting after about ten minutes we did not see him so we left feeling if there was a party of 52 and he did not have a space reserved for us we were NOT with the group of 52 them the service would not be as expected nor would the overall dinning experience because if the large crowd so we left and went some place else to eat.     So the evening started nicely. Took some time for us to get our drinks. Ordered our food had to ask for silverware. My friends had to ask on 4 separate occasions for water. It was finally brought after their dinner was eaten. Food was great. Drinks were good. Staff could use some work. However there is a waitress with blonde braids who wasnt out waitress but came over and she was nice. I would definitely visit again. Music was awesome.
