Although the ambience is great, the service was extremely slow and the food was over salted.
It took 50 minutes before we got our first morsel of food at our table (and it wasn’t even busy!). The portions were very small, expensive, and visually unappealing. On A positive note, the chairs were extremely comfortable.

From the very first greeting it was amazing. Everyone thoughtful and pleasant. Our server, Chris, was superb. He was informative about the menu and the preparation. Timing of our meal was also great; not rushed but we never felt forgotten. We will be back on our next visit.
First of all - the wine steward was amazing as well as the bartender. We wanted to drink Italian wine with our Italian meal, and he guided us into a lovely Il Borro $220 bottle (yes, pricey, but it was for a special last night in Oahu) and it was 5 star! I eat a plant-based diet, so my options for dinner were less plentiful, however, they provided me with a Vegan menu, which was fabulous. I ordered the Squash salad with chestnuts and mushrooms and it was the BEST salad I've ever had! Just fabulous! Then for an entree, I ordered the Maccheroni Nero (black macaroni) with broccolini. The seasoning/flavored oil for it was not good. I would guess it was too much garlic, and as much as I love pasta of all kinds, broccolini and garlic, it was just NOT good or worthy of eating. When our waitress came to ask how the entree's were shortly after they were served, I said, "well, his (my husband's) is great!". She left.
I am not one to complain, but this server should have asked me how MY entree was. Later as she came to clear our plates, she asked how we enjoyed it and I told her that my entree had too much garlic and that is why I didn't eat it. She offered to remake it, but at the end of a meal (I shared my husband's entree) that is just not a reasonable offer. I was disappointed that she didn't take this item off of our bill, as it was clear that I didn't touch it but for a bite. It was only $20. Regardless, I wanted to use this opportunity to relay this feedback as a learning opportunity for the server and for a possible a change for the restaurant policy in instances like mine.
The food was spectacular! The octopus pupu was tender and the mix of flavors was innovative! A little less ricotta on that dish would make it perfect. I loved my meccheroni neri with king crab. I was expecting very little crab but it had a good amount. My girlfriend had the best chicken piccata we’ve ever had. The ambience was really nice, relaxing and comfortable. We had a great time celebrating my friend’s 50th bday! Really nice classy but not stuffy place.

Being in Hawaii this is some of the best Italian you can get! We stayed at the Four Seasons for our honeymoon and went to Noe to dinner for our first night. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu - from questions on which drink to order vs. which entree she was able to answer them all. We both started off with cocktails recommended by our waitress which we both thoroughly enjoyed. We had been active all day and didn't eat lunch so we ordered the large portion of pasta which I could barely finish. While it was a little pricey for a pasta, we definitely got a large portion and at the same time we are in Hawaii so everything is going to cost more. But let me just say being a little skeptical having Italian in Hawaii - this surpassed every expectation as it was truly delicious! We made a little room for ice cream for dessert and they also surprised us with an extra dessert to celebrate our honeymoon. If you are wanting Italian in Oahu I would definitely recommend!!
Chris, our waiter, was wonderful! Attentive, knowledgeable of the cuisine, made good suggestions and was very friendly. He made our evening!
A truly wonderful evening spent at Noe while on vacation at the Four Seasons Ko Olina. The chef is a two-star Michelin chef (impressive!) - that and the vegan menu brought us in and we were blown away! The handmade pastas were delicious, inspired and exceeded our expectations. The fennel confit was a highlight as well. Thank you for acknowledging those following a plant-based diet and incorporating that into the menu offerings at your beautiful restaurant.

My wife and I would plan a trip all the way back to Hawaii just to eat at Noe again. We had an INCREDIBLE time on our honeymoon date night here. The chef’s resume/background speaks for itself, and the ambiance, wait staff, cocktails, and food just blew this experience out of the water. We ate at many fancy and upscale restaurants in Oahu for our honeymoon and this was BY FAR our favorite. Our server, Christopher, was on top of EVERYTHING and the entire staff makes you feel welcome and important. This is a date we will never forget!

My daughter had the Keiki meal which was beautiful and surprisingly, a great value.
Great service by James. Food was delicious and ambience of the place was unbeatable, just a little bit loud because they were having a party. We definitely come back. A little bit pricey but worth it.

New Years Eve
Visited restaurant on New Year’s Eve. Party of six. Staff could not be more accommodating.
We visit Noe’s twice when we vacation in Ko’Olina because we love the food and the ambiance. Their new outdoor patio is very relaxing. The staff is very cordial and knowledgeable about the food and preparations.
Food was great and selections plentiful.
If you come to Oahu, you must come here. Its worth it!!! We had hamachi, octopus and rib eye were A++. Its one of the most romantic place in this hotel. Our server Mr James made it even better. This is our third visit and it didn't disappoint us.

I love going here. We always sit outside. The owner is very nice and stops and says hi.
Noe’s moi fish and Italian dishes were excellent. It has been years since I ate moi fish. Wait staff were knowledgeable about the dishes and gave us excellent service.
If I am in area again. I will be sure to stop by at Noe Italian restaurant.
I realize this restaurant is located at a Four Seasons Resort in Hawaii, so families will be dining. Our attempt at a relaxing experience with interesting service was impeccable.
I love this place. Only thing I don't care for is their entrée selection in both for my taste and cost, but, I love their appetizers which I can make a great dinner from that. The atmosphere and waiters are fantastic.
We arrived half hour after our reservation due to traffic (took us an hour and half to drive from downtown HNL), but it was worth the drive. The food was awesome and service was outstanding! Thank you, Christopher!
