Great food and service. Pleasant atmosphere and decor. We will be back.
We had a delicious meal starting with ceviche and mojitos that were both fantastic. We ended up with a grilled chicken (pechuga marinera) and pork dinner that were amazing, especially the maduros and tostones. More mojitos followed and then we had the best flan we have ever had. Our server Juan was the best. He was so friendly and professional as well as super attentive. We highly recommend Noches de Colombia in Hackensack.
My experience was terrible at this restaurant. I did use open table to book a reservation on September 13 2020 for 2 people and everything went ok . Last week I did use open table to make a reservation again for Sunday March 21st upon to my arrival to the restaurant I was told that I did not have a reservation the reason the restaurant gave me was that they are not associated with open table or do business with the application and if I wanted to make a reservation I had to call the restaurant directly. I did explain to the two employees working at the front door that I have had use open table before to make a reservation for the same restaurant but all they did was to laugh at my face and tell me that I did not have a reservation. I live in New York City and I did took the time to drive to this restaurant with my family what happened was very unprofessional
Must say I loved the place . Great customer service , the food was delicious, our waiter name Harold was awesome.
We were seated really quickly but the waiter took a little long to ask us for drinks. After they did come service was great
Made a reservation for 630 but we were seated a 7 even though our table was empty.
The restaurant claimed that they don’t have any business with open table to make reservations for their restaurant so my reservation was canceled or better say they told me was un existed and to make a reservation I should call the restaurant my overall experience was bad considering I did make a reservation for this same restaurant before with open table
Impeccable service , food and atmosphere. Would definitely be dining here again .
Ordered frozen margaritas, paella, and steak with shrimp. Drinks were good, dinners were very flavorful and filling. Service was excellent considering the place was busy. They had indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors. They also had a band playing that was EXCELLENT. Very enjoyable evening.

This was my first time visiting. Even though it was crowded, the staff was attentive. They even surprised me a piece of cake and song. Will come back again.
We all loved it though it was a little hard to hear each other talk. I think the live music should be mostly Spanish.
Food was amazing, great portion sizes, nice live music, got seated immediately 30 mins earlier than reservation time. Given a rose on valentines from staff. Overall amazing experience. Can’t wait to go back again.

The mojitos are so delicious and strong. The food was good, only thing they need to work on is there tostones and Maduros. Other then that really good place for any event.
The restaurant was very accommodating. I originally had reservation for a party of 10, but at last minute it was only six of us. The restaurant very understandable and accommodated us for a party of 6. The food was delicious and of good portion. Our waitress, Reyna was awesome! She was very attentive with us from the moment we sat down to the time we left. I would definitely recommend and visit this establishment again.

I had friends in from New Hampshire and they were looking for some good food and Noches de Columbia did not disappoint! Service was fast and really friendly. Daniella, our server, was personable, helpful and efficient. Food was great, portions were really large and were took home a lot of everything. The menu is "ginormous" with something for everyone! This was my first, but definitely not my last visit!!!
I loved the food, I was surprised at how quickly the food came out. It was hot and very tasty. The service was excellent. The portions and price were fantastic. I definitely would recommend this restaurant. The only complaint was that there is not enough parking.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, STAFF WAS WONDERFUL.
ONLY THING DISCOURAGING IS HOW HARD IT WAS TO CHANGE RESERVATIONS. WHEN I CALLED TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN MY PARTY IT TOOK THEM 30-45 MINS TO ANSWER MY QUESTION, THE STAFF KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD AND THEY WOULDNT LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER. THEY NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK / UNDERSTAND ENGLISH BETTER.

I love coming here. I always get an app and entree. I LOVE the coconut Lemonade.... I dream of that drink. Last time we got 2 apps, 5 entrees and 5 specialty drinks, plus tax and tip... only $160. I highly recommend.
I’ve been to multiple locations but this specific location is the most horrible service I’ve ever received. We waited for our water until almost the end of eating our food, we asked in the beginning, during our food was being given and finally when our food is almost finished. My daughter’s order was wrong. I asked for a plastic bag for our to go but we never received it and my daughter was getting cranky. So I took it upon myself, got up to ask another worker who sent me to the bakery section and ask someone from there. It was only me, my fiancé and my daughter, three people, and the gratuity was included already. With a horrible service and asking for a higher tip? Come on. Not going back, not going to recommend this place.
Plantains were cold and mushy. Potato order was very stingy and also cold. Server was awesome. Place is loud. My drink was watery, not thick like Avena should be. My son's salad was great. My daughter's steak, from the children's menu, was very good.

It's always a great time at Noches de Columbia with the family. Mirja the Waitress is the best, we have had her a few times and her customer service is simply the best.
Beautiful and friendly staff! They had a live band and they even sang happy birthday to the patrons! Love it! Food was amazing!
This was my first time here It was Great ! Excellent service. The only thing is parking that lot In the back is really small it’s bad to get im and out. Luckily I found parking on the street right in front. I liked that I was able to reserve a table and they sat us down right away. Live entertainment was great to see. Much bigger than the one I’m Clifton which we waited an hour to get seated. I think for the size of this restaurant in Hackensack it should Invest in a bigger parking lot
I was hosting a bridal party event for 16 people, the booking process was easy which is very helpful & we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. But parking in there own private lot was horrible absolutely no parking so you have to park pretty far and walk over. The noise level is pretty loud so you do have to scream in order to communicate with each other, and since it was a Sat night it was PACKED and very hectic inside the restaurant. Since the party is over 6 people gratuity was automatic which SUCKS since the service was extremely horrible. Our reservation was for 8:30 pm and we asked to get water for everyone over 10 times and I believe we did not get anything on our table until almost an hour later. Everytime we asked for something or tried to order our main coarse no waiters would wait on us, they kept saying ok, or one sec and then never follow through and or get us what we needed. WE FINALLY got our food around 10:30 pm and mind you there hours of operation is until 11:00 pm, some one the food came out great the others were extremely cold and there were some of my guest that still didn't get there meal and we had to wave down someone time & time again to ask for it.
If they are going to add a 20% tip automatically they need to seriously do a better job, felt pretty robbed to pay that much for a service that was barely there.. it took so long to get anything to us and we had to basically do the job for them.. which is very frustrating when everyone is dying of thirst and hungry. We got the dinner SO late that ppl barely ate, and that felt like a total waste for us that hosted this dinner for our guest and paid over $600 for dinner.
I love Noches & I always recommend it to all my friends & family but this past experience was terrible. If you have a large group I'm not sure this is a place to host your party.. Or maybe it's just that night but, it definitely wasn't the experience anyone should go through.
We had a party of 8 and we got our reserved table as soon as we walked in. The place was packed and the music was great. The waiters were busy but very attentive to our orders. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The drinks are very well prepared. I had eaten at this place a few times and had always enjoyed it, but I especially enjoyed it more with my family and the wonderful music it had on Saturday.

Birthday celebration party of 12 including kids. Were seated right away in a great location of the venue. Great service, great food and great ambience.
Excellent food and large servings. Best fresh guacamole ever. Good service and great value. Sangria is amazing.
My wife and I drove an hour and a half from Long Island just to go. So worth the drive. We would do it again. Only compliant was our waiter, he wasn’t attentive and forgot our dessert as we waited for 20 mins before we had to remind him about our dessert. Then he forgot what we ordered to begin with. In his defense. It was Sunday and busy.
