Food of course at Nobu is always wonderful. We have dined at various Nobu restaurants in various continents and have never been disappointed with the food. A couple of items were irritating though: 1) Surprised that Omakase was not on the menu and our waiter did not mention it when he explained the menu when we first sat down - we had to ask for it; this has not happened in our previous visit to Nobu Cabo a couple of years ago or any other Nobu restaurants that we have dined in the past. 2). Although we had a reservation and the main dining room was not full, we (2 adults and 2 young adult kids) were seated in the smaller dining room to the right of the bar along side several families with very small children - including one very unruly table with 8 small kids (oldest likely not older than 10) and 3 moms who did absolutely the bare minimum to keep their kids in check. In fact, at least three tables that were seated after the table with 8 kids asked to be reseated in the main dining room within 10 to 15 minutes after sitting down. As we had already started our wonderful Omakase experiences we decided to suck-it-up. In any case, thought the staff/management will at least talk to the moms (they did not) to ensure that the rest of the diners forking $220 pps for Omakase at least get a decent dining experience vs. 2 hours of non-stop 8 kids screaming in a ~10-table dining room. 5 Stars for the food but 3 Stars overall as my ears were buzzing for an hour after we left
