Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.

We’ve been to many Nobu restaurants and this one is by far the worst. Feels like a strange pop up, not the normal experience and ambience you’d expect. It’s loud, bright and the service is subpar at best. Food was okay, but again not the normal quality we’ve had at other locations. Definitely disappointed.

Had a good experience and excellent service. Drinks were amazing! Food was good. Our favorite was salmon belly. The rolls were nothing special. Considering the price tag for Nobu, one would expect a more sophisticated presentation for the rolls. For anyone that likes eggplant, the miso eggplant is a good choice. We really enjoyed the cheesecake! Tasted delicious and had a beautiful presentation.

Food was very good. Seating was fine but not terribly comfortable for what is supposed to be a high end experience. The server was very helpful and apologetic for the initial lapse of attentiveness but clearly overtaxed as were the other servers.

They were trying to serve us spoiled lobster. It smelled horrible. Person that took it back just apologized which wasn’t enough.

New Style Sashimi and Yellowtail Jalapeño were a perfect start for the black cod with miso and beef tenderloin tobanyaki. Finished off with sushi sampler. It was not cheap but we loved it.
