WAY overpriced and I’ve eaten at many many Nobus over the years. I think they took a normal Nobu price and doubled it. ONE piece of uni nigiri; $20. Chu Toro ONE piece; $20. O Toro ONE piece; $25. Prices are before tip and tax.

In-town for Business & had my wife w/ me, & her 1st time here; excellent meal & our guest had a dietary constraint that was well-attended to, & did not lessen the experience even w/ the Family-style format. Mushroom & beet salad/Black sea bass- both not to be missed; Cappuccino desert amazing~ We will definitely Highly Recommend Nobu @ Paris!

Definitely louder than other Nobu locations, but that's because it opens up to the Paris Hotel/Casino. The sound wasn't a problem to us and we still enjoyed our dining experience. Service is great and our server was very kind and patient. Thank you!

We had the best time at Nobu. This was our first time at that location, and our server Michael was awesome. His recommendations were spot on and the food was excellent. Our new favorite was the crab hand roll. We also tried the Caesar salad and it was incredible, with the bits of flash fried mozzarella a great surprise. We’ll definitely be back next time we come to Vegas.

The portions were small. The kitchen screwed up my order, we had to wait 40 minutes for a chicken dish. The server did offer edemas and another dish while we waited. The waiter was amazing but the experience was subpar. I will not be returning.

Overall, I was disappointed. The food is no doubt delicious, but that’s not enough with the options available in the same hotel and at the price per head - the decor does not match the quality that they aim to promote. If I were to distill it, it felt like the restaurant was an after thought - they strung up some lanterns and bought a few tables. Disappointing when comparing to comparable dinning options such as Gordon Ramsay’s steak.

We have tried Nobu twice now and it just isn't for us. The fish is very good but the portions are very small and crazy expensive for what you get. Both times we have spent $400+ (no drinks) and left hungry. I know they are really popular and the fish is very good but just not worth the price. The service is excellent and they bring the items out and clear them quickly and are very attentive which we appreciate though!
