   Great food, some of the best Sushi and Sashimi we have ever had! Service was excellent, friendly and attentive with detailed explanations for all of the menu (we had several questions and they were answered quickly and with great knowledge of each ingredient). Only issue was a very loud group sitting next to us that made it difficult to hear, but they left after about 10 minutes! Worth the trip to the Paris for Nobu, we WILL be back!

   Food was incredible - we did the tasting menu. The noise was rather loud as it’s located amongst the casino - for such a well known expensive restaurant, I would prefer to dine elsewhere for that amount of money. Food is overpriced - but don’t get me wrong, it’s delicious - just felt the value isn’t there, given the ambience, food portions and service.

   Amazing service, amazing food. - store manager is amazing. We had a group event at this location and the manager helped me with the menu and made it a perfect event!

   Server was completely unwilling to split the check and created a very uncomfortable situation for our whole table as well as for her colleagues that had to stay late waiting for her to figure it out. This is despite the fact that we communicated up front that we needed separate tabs when we arrived. I don’t leave negative reviews really ever and I love Nobu but the “we don’t split checks” policy is contradictory to delivering an exceptional experience.

   We ordered the signature tasting menu and would highly recommend! Every course was fantastic. Our server was great, explaining everything in detail. If was definitely a memorable dining experience.

   I would not waste your time at this restaurant. They didn't have enough wait staff to serve what very few tables had people sitting at them. The staff themselves were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. I guess it was because we interrupted their time on their cell phones. The food was extremely salty. Different parties at the table ordered different items and the level of salt was over the top. Entrée's are delivered at different times and according to the wait staff, this is normal and what you should expect at a fine Japanese restaurant. I beg to differ. The first person's main course came out after 15 minutes of ordering, the next person 5 minutes later and the last person 10 minutes after that. It makes no sense whatsoever and it is inappropriate for others at the table to have to wait such a long time to eat. The entrée's themselves came with a small spoonful of seaweed on the plate. There were no sides offered unless you wanted to order them as an appetizer. Don't even think you are getting a refill on your beverage. After all of us were out of our water, we finally had to get up and go to the bar and ask them for water. You certainly don't want to talk about the price of everything. Granted, prices have gone up everywhere but 100 per person is a bit much. We left there hungry and ended up going to get a burger next door. The burger was light years better than anything we had at Nobu. We should have known not to eat there as we had passed the restaurant going to a convention in the hotel in the evenings and commented about how empty it was. Well, there was a reason for it. Again, avoid this place at all costs. Waste of time and money.

   The chef’s behind the sushi bar were very nice and friendly. The server doing our drinks was less than ideal. She spoke minimal English told us we could split our checks and then at the end told us we couldn’t split our checks. Our drinks took forever to come.

   Always Amazing! We have been to several Nobu’s including the original in Malibu when we lived there 22 years ago. The food is exceptional and the staff at this location were wonderful. It was a great evening.

   Probably the most underwhelming meal I have ever ordered. I had two orders of the Signature sushi, fully expecting the presentation and freshness that would match the $200 price tag for each order. The sushi did not have the freshness a diner would associate with a $200 price tag and the hot meal portion--the miso cod, steak and shrimp seemed like it had been out on a heating lamp. The best sushi was the yellowtail but its taste and freshness did not differentiate itself from my local sushi restaurant for a quarter of the price. The miso cod was dry, and the steak was the best part of the experience--which is unfortunate since I did not come to Nobu for steak. I have been to Nobu in LA, had their omakase experience and was blown away both in taste and presentation. I did not opt for the experience at $350 per person but thought $200 would be close. So disappointed and so unfortunate that Nobu is no longer Nobu. . . at least in Vegas.
