With more 10,000 square feet of stunning indoor-outdoor space, including an outdoor covered terrace, dynamic bar & lounge, and exquisite special event space, Nobu Houston provides the ideal setting to enjoy signatures like Black Cod with Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, world-renowned sushi, and Houston-inspired dishes and cocktails.
One of the most incredible meals I've ever had in Houston. My wife and I are huge fans of Uchi but this took things to a new level. We sat at the sushi bar and the service was superb throughout the night. Loved the drinks and getting to talk to the sushi chefs as they made our meal.
Can't wait to go back and experience it again. Thanks Nobu!
Would never recommend Nobu to a friend. There are at least two better sushi restaurants in the area, both at considerable savings. Food is ordinary, service excellent, price ridiculous for the mediocrity of the product. I would urge someone to skip this restaurant; don't even waste your time, certainly not your money.
Food was amazing! Some of the prices are a bit higher than at other locations but, everything was so fresh and savory that I had no complaints!
Our waiter Chris was awesome !!! He knows the food, he knows the drinks : he gave us the perfect choices - he really cares about the guest. He was always around when needed. Incredible attention to details. The place is wonderful: so our waiter made it a perfect combination!!!!!
Had a great time and enjoyed every dish!
Excellent sushi - one of the best have ever had. A little pricey but worth it. Why pay less for bad sushi? Try Nobu you won’t be disappointed.
Great experience overall. Definitely not a place to indulge unless spending $200 per person.
I am so glad they are open for lunch now. The food was incredible. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back.
I had the passion mango drink , Rock shrimp, and vegetable tempura.. everything was GREAT! Down to the waiter who was very attentive
The lunch menu was a great way to experience the restaurant at a slightly lower cost. The patio was lovely and the service was exceptional.
Went to nobu for our vday dinner, john was our server and he explain in detail the menu and was very attentive the whole night. The restaurant is very organized even with their quick payout as the waiters carry their own check out machine to have a better table turnover which is very tacky in my opinion. Overall without the excellent service, the food tasted a little rushed as my wife even found multiple fish bones in her miso cod which made her entree very unappetizing. There is room for improvement if they want to mimic the excellence of the other nobus
Everything was amazing and delicious and the service was perfect. Our party thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
As much I enjoyed Nobu Matsuhisa's restaurant in Lima, it has been many years since eating at Nobu. The food is very good, and perhaps we ordered too many citrus based dishes, but food seemed underwhelming.
The decor was pretty uninspiring.
What I like least of all is settlinng the bill at my table, while the waiter and all the guests watch, conversation interrupted.
We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday there, the food is really good, I just did't like family style, since the portions are very small and you wait a long time for it.
14th wedding anniversary. Expected to be wowed. Left disappointed. Service was spotty: at one point waited 20 minutes between courses. Waiter was inattentive, and overall felt like we didn’t get a very good value for what we paid.
Amazing Place !!! I will definitely go back. Our Waiter was the best everrrr
ambiance was comfortable, modern, and soothing. Cocktails were pleasant. Sushi is fair, but not worth the price. Service was impressive which offsets the disappointment in the taste of the sushi. Price is pushy considering the mediocre entrees.
I'd recommend going to a place like Uchi over Nobu. Though I mentioned in my reservation comments that we were celebrating a birthday, we were seated smack dab next to the waiter station. My husband was bumped in the head by some of the wait staff, and it was terribly distracting to have conversations happening right next to our seat. Fortunately, we asked to be moved and were promptly accommodated. I just don't care for the NY-style seating like sardines. Been there, done that in Manhattan. This is Houston. We like personal space. The food was good, but I think Uchi has more "wow" factor and creativity for the price. I will say our second waiter was highly knowledgeable. Nobu might be good for after-Galleria shopping. I just prefer other restaurants for a special occasion and greater dining intimacy.
Food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Looking forward to dining at Nobu again.
We can't thank you enough for your hospitality. It goes without saying that our food was amazingly great, but what made the evening truly outstanding for our family, and especially for the birthday girl, was your warmth and kindness. Kudos especially to Dana and Clarence who facilitated our wonderful evening.
Food is not top notch, a bit too trendy and noisy for me personally. But if you are into trendy and pop place, then maybe you will like it. A bit expensive too
Way overpriced. $600 for sime dinner for 4 with no crazy wine etc. won’t be back. And I love nobu Malibu but this isn’t Malibu.
Totally satisfied with my first experience at Nobu Houston. Service and food were incredible!
Jeff was an amazing waiter, the most knowledgeable I think we have ever had. His recommendations were absolutely perfect. The food was delicious! We love Nobu and were glad to introduce our friends to it. We highly recommend Nobu Houston.
Doesn’t live to the Nobu reputation if you compre to the ones in Las Vegas, NYC and London... food is ok, but overpriced, there are better options in Houston
Daniel our server was awesome! Amazing experience!!
We had a very pleasant experience all around.
We were disappointed with Nobu. The food was ok not exceptional with the price being outrageously high
David was spectacular.
I have eaten at other Nobu’s around the country but for some reason I didn’t feel like the food lived up to its reputation. It didn’t meet my expectations as much as I wanted it to do so.
Food is always very good. Staff is usually solid but today’s waiter was spectacular in terms of knowing details on the preparation and goal of every dish.
It was ok. Just ok. Drinks and the service were great, but that's about it. For $400 (just 2 of us), it is ridiculously overpriced for the portion sizes. We know that Nobu is expensive. We lived in Miami and frequented Nobu there. It is a different environment and different feel.
Our server was very knowledgeable. We let him create a customized flight and nothing was left out. Creative and delicious....amazing!
I have been in almost all NOBU, including Matsuhisa
I think quality is no like London, New York
We had an outstanding experience at Nobu. Excellent food and service. Our server was great helping us with food selection. Everyone in our was so impressed they want to visit again.
The food was delicious and the server was super nice. The actual service was kind of slow but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't that big of a deal.
Celebrating life!!! Father with Lung Cancer!!
Juan was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Good food but over priced
Starting with the service, very attentive. The description on the menu was a bit much/long, I kind of lost her half way and started looking at it by myself. Very straightforward menu, doesn’t need that much explanation. The food was absolutely outstanding, loved it! Atmosphere great too, moderate noise level but pleasant. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the price, despite the food being so good I still think it’s overpriced.
