Lisa made our experience top notch! She took her time, went through the menu and made recommendations after getting to know what we like. She knew a lot about the history and the future of Nobu which was also interesting. She was the best waitress we have ever had!

This is tapas / shareable plates. Each time you finish one the wait staff clears your table and cleans any spills and sets fresh plates.

The food was amazing! Each dish was also a work of art!

I will be searching for Nobu on any vacation spot to see if they are there. As well as keeping fingers crossed they come to Columbus OHIO!!

Thanks Nobu. Great night and nice special touch for my husbands birthday!!

Service was excellent. The menu had a variety of choices to select from the hot food, cold food and sushi. The restaurant is beautiful. It’s NYC so expect to spend some money but it was so worth it. A very eclectic experience for both me and my girlfriend.

We went for my girlfriend’s birthday. Was a fantastic time! Only downside was that it took a while to get service, but once our waiter and waitress were there. They were on top of it from then on out. We both had the 7-course, and was not disappointed or leaving with an empty stomach for sure.

I heard good commemtns about this place. However, it is not worth it. Food is mediocre and ridiculously overpriced. Service was attentive. Place is beautiful but it doesn’t match the food experience which was not good at all. I won’t be coming back.

We have been to several of chef nobu’s restaurants throughout the country and as with the others this one did not disappoint. From the food to the service and subterranean atmosphere all was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and all the selections we made.

It was good, but not spectacular. I came here a few years ago and it seemed more special then. Now, it seems like your 'everyday' sushi and not the cream of the crop, unfortunately. Pricey for not being more special.

Every detail down to the dessert wishing us happy anniversary was perfect. We love Nobu and go often in Malibu.
The only note for New York...maybe don’t call the guest the day before and tell them they have to be out of the seat 2 hours after their reservation. We can’t control the service and for such an important occasion- no one wants to feel rushed.

Food was excellent as usual. But don't book a late dinner, like 9 p.m., as they rush you at the end.

Nobu restaurant was more subdued than I expected. I should have made reservations in the fun and trendier bar and lounge. The food was ok. I believe we were not told which were the best dishes. It was underwhelming.

We enjoyed the food and were really looking forward to the evening. We were told ahead that we had a 2h limit for our dinner which was fine. We didn't anticipate needing more than that much time. However, we felt rushed the entire time and we were done in about 40-45 minutes from the time we sat down to walking out. We might have actually eaten or drank more but everything was pushed one after the other without a break. I can't imagine being with a group of friends or family and being pushed so much to order and eat. The restaurant was not full and it was still pretty early in the evening.

The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was kind and attentive. I just think we would have enjoyed the evening more and could give a stronger recommendation if we had not been rushed.

Nobu never disappoints. They are consistently great. I have never had a less than amazing bite of sushi from Nobu. And I know it is a small funny thing but the tofu in the miso soup tasted like it was homemade, def the best tofu and miso soup I have EVER had.

Incredibly overpriced tiny portions. We eat in great restaurants all over the world and $150 per person doesn’t bother me if you don’t leave hungry. Drinks are 90% ice. Individual dishes are thimble sized. A main course of soft shells is one crab cut into tiny pieces. There seemed to be just 2 waitresses and a dozen runners so difficult to get the attention when you needed anything once your order was taken. A totally negative experience except that the food while not memorable was mostly very good.

I was a regular at the Tribeca Nobu and I have to say the new location does nothing for me. We had a full meal with cold and hot dishes plus sushi in under an hour. There was nothing enjoyable about it except feeling rushed. In addition the staff make you feel like they are doing you a favor by seating you and waiting on you. It is such a shame that the place my entire family considered on of their faves in NYC has gone so downhill.

The reception was not friendly and very snobby. The food was good but the uni was not consistent. Some are good and some are just terrible. The waiters are well trained which is a good point. However very noisy environment. Good for everyday dining but the reception desk would make it seems it’s only for Wall Street bros.
