Nobu Atlanta is situated at Phipps Plaza in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood. With influence from Atlanta's lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation while folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar. The dining room takes you to traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals while overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns. Design language that is a continuation of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's imaginative and innovative culinary offerings celebrates nature and is integrated through the use of different wood tones

    First time in Nobu outside of Vegas and food wasn’t the same. Buffet had some good highlights, but it was pretty hectic in there for a Sunday brunch experience. Still enjoyed our experience, but didn’t compare to Vegas and we do love Nobu.

    I booked a table of 6 to celebrate my Mom's birthday. Though lively, the music was TOO LOUD that we had to shout to communicate. I had been to Nobu before for dinner and was not expecting a club like atmosphere at Sunday Brunch and not for $75/person. Otherwise, we had a good time, and the food was phenomenal.

    Food seemed old, tables were jampacked...didn't feel like a high end experience in any way. Further, staff -- esp waiters -- are extremely rude and smug. Don't think I will ever go back, I am yet to have a good experience at Nobu in Atlanta.

    The buffet was well stocked, delicious and fresh. It would have gone faster if there were fewer “influencers” recording themselves getting food. The dress code sign at the hostess stand also appears to be a suggestion more than a rule.

    The best Sunday brunch of the highest quality! Not cheap but well worth it! Sushi was really fresh and replenished constantly and the prime tenderloin was out of this world!!!! Definitely coming back!

    As a concierge at a luxury hotel I felt just a bit embarrassed that our guest whom we made reservations for had trouble when they arrived at the restaurant. I’d sent two separate messages that the reservation was not for me but for our guest but when the guest arrived they were told they couldn’t find the reservation. Reservation was left u see my name.

    Overall, my experience was wonderful! I sat at the bar until I was seated and the bar staff was very kind. The gentleman made me a delicious non-alcoholic beverage. Thank you. My reservation: I made the reservation for 1, and my only option when making my reservation was the sushi counter, and I do not eat seafood but didn’t have a choice for a table. I didn’t mind but when telling the gentleman that was seating me that I didn’t eat seafood, he asked would I prefer a table, I was so excited not to sit at the sushi bar. I could tell by the ladies at the front desk looks at me and facial expressions, that he was coming back to tell me he couldn’t sit me anywhere else (the place was empty), oh well, let’s make the best of it. My small issue was being asked a few times about what sushi I wanted and feeling like I had to apologize for sitting there and not ordering sushi. They finally got the message after being told a few times that I didn’t eat seafood. In walks CALEB, my server, who continued my excellent experience at the bar and truly made up for everything up to that moment :). He saw them ask me again about the sushi and when I apologized again to the sushi guy, Caleb told me that was not necessary and it was ok that I sat there and he seemed genuinely happy to have me in his area. From that moment on Caleb ensured my visit was everything I was hoping for and expecting from Nobu. I can’t sing his praises enough. If you get the chance to go, ask for Caleb, he is truly the best! Thank you!
