Beautiful ambience. Very disappointing food and poor selection on the buffet for Mother's Day.
I took my mum and grandma to Mother's Day brunch at Noble restaurant. It was quite busy and we had to wait almost 20 mins for our table. Our server was nice however beyond coffee she never asked us if we wanted any other beverages. She also did not give us water until we flagged her down halfway through our meal to ask for some. The buffet was setup in the ballroom which required you to walk down a few hallways to get there just to get to the food. I thought the setup was lacking. The food itself was okay but not great and for the price of the brunch I was expecting something much better. There were only 5 hot options and the rest for basically antipasto and cheese. The hot options were nothing special and were reminiscent of what you would get a regular breakfast restaurant not a fancy brunch. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Mother's day brunch. Lack of variety. Did not have different options. Very disappointed. Overpriced. The restaurant and hotel are beautiful though. I don't recommend.
The restaurant is beautiful and very elegant. One of the few places with white table cloths-which we love. Our waitress was outstanding. The food was really good. I had the pasta which wasn’t my favorite-I prefer pink sauces or something with tomato for pasta. It was well executed I just felt it needed something to give it a little kick/tang but that’s just personal preference. I was also expecting large shrimp and they were tiny. So mostly it just wasn’t what I was expecting. My husband had a chicken dish which he loved.
We sat in the sunroom area which offers a great view of the town but if you prefer more elegance ask for the dining room. It’s like stepping back in time as it is in the Prince of Wales Hotel. The bar area was beautiful.
Overall we loved the experience and would definitely go back. It’s a bit pricey but that’s what we’ve come to expect in the area.
There were six of us and we celebrate two birthdays and one anniversary. Everyone were pleased with the food, the service, the ambiance, the convenience. A very lovely experience and everyone left for home very happy and pleased. Jaime
Great food and service. Would highly recommend it. Right in the heart of Niagara on the lake.
We booked for a late lunch for our Anniversary and the food was great and lots of it. There was so much and we were so full we did not eat supper and we had leftovers to bring home.
Dinner was delicicious and the ambiance was perfect for our anniversary. The service was top rate.
The menu selections were spectacular. Very creative with interesting combinations. In looking over a number of different restaurant menus in the area I found most were more meat oriented than seafood. The other menus reflected an English heritage whereas the Noble is more Californian, which appealed to me. The raspberry creme brûlée is to die for!
The atmosphere at Noble is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I went here for a date night and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, food was amazing and all around it was a great place for a date night! Will definitely be back!
Frequent visitor to the region and in particular Niagara on the Lake. Have eaten at both Pillar & Post and Prince of Wales and they offer a great selection whether you're out for fine dining or just relaxing on the patio for a quick bite. Always support local wineries, although they need little praise.
Stayed at the Prince for the weekend to celebrate wife's milestone 65th and they couldn't have done a better job. Wayne was a superior attendant during the dinner as was his support Taylor. Meaghan was the attendant for both breakfasts and she was very pleasant and very attentive when the breakfast took a little longer one day. Josh also was a superb server. Although we frequent the area, everyone ensured we were made aware of all the activities this region has to offer. Spectacular occasion.
Kind of luxury and friendly to locals and visitors. I drove from Toronto for the restaurant!
We had a lovely meal as part of our package. The servers were very friendly and professional.
Excellent food& service in a lovely setting. It was our second visit and as wonderful as the last visit. Only suggestion is that they could use a cocktail menu. Loved it!
Really good food and nice service. Thank you very much.
Our server Valerie was delightfully attentive and most helpful with our dinner selections.
As front of house manager, Bill was immediately on-hand to deal with and resolve an air-conditioning issue.
We had a lovely evening: super food and quality service.
Food was not amazing for the price. The salad was a bit bland. Steak and chicken were good.
Absolutely amazing service and food. Small menu. Concentrates on quality. Not quantity.
beautiful interior, delightful staff. great food. Spent 2 lovely hours there.
Returning soon for afternoon tea
We had a lovely time at dinner and stayed almost 3 hours. One of our friends had special requests for his food and the restaurant was very accommodating. I do not know the name of the waiter (someone else took the bill) but he was very helpful, polite and friendly. We would go to Noble again!
Our winter weekend was planned around our dining experience. Noble and it's staff delivered a wonderful evening. Varied and healthy menu. Excellent wine selection and advice from our server. The informality of the lounge/restauarant layout added to the fun atmosphere. Our food choices did not disappoint. Looking forward to our next Niagara weekend get away.
Excellent food, great ambiance and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Great Breakfast. The server was attentive and the coffee was rich.
Had a great Christmas Day dinner. Food, service, atmosphere were all excellent. Be back very soon. Thank you
Christmas brunch was yummy! I thought there would be a harpist but the food, decorations and lovely setting made for a special day.
This is an excellent restaurant and the service was terrific. We have made this place an annual venue for the past three years and will continue to celebrate Christmas at this restaurant. An absolutely fantastic experience.
The food was excellent as was the dinner service, and Fred the sommelier. Very nice dinning room. One star knocked off service because of the poor drink from the bar. (really need to learn how to make a whiskey sour, guess I should have said at the time)
Best kept secret in NOTL. So good, I will be telling all.
We've been regulars at Escabeche at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara on the Lake, and were curious to see if it had changed with the new name: Nobel. Turns out the chef and the menu have been the same for several years; they simply decided that the new name better reflects the farm-to-table cuisine. As always, it was outstanding. We had the tasting menu with the to-die for foie gras, braised lamb shank, a creative dessert with about 5 components. Excellent wines pared with each course. The service was excellent, and over all it was a great dinner. I expect that we'll be back again, often.
Beautiful restraunt unfortunately food and service was not good.
We reserve a table every time we visit Niagara on the Lake which is about once every year. Food is great and service is exceptional.
Attended Noble for evening dinner on Sunday November 19th while visiting the Prince of Wales hotel.
Food was simply amazing. Perfect portions, well presented, well timed and the staff were genuine in thier conversation with us and very attentive.
Could not have had a better evening.
Highly recommend Noble.
A great choice for dinner to start a long weekend respite. Wayne, our server, was the perfect blend of cordial and professional. Food was all well prepared and beautifully presented. There was a nice pace between courses. Will definitely consider coming back here next time we visit NOTL.
The food was below expectations. The worst meal we had during our 5 day stay in NOTL. We dined at comparable restaurants during our stay and the quality of the meal at Noble was nowhere near the quality or taste of the meals we had everywhere else. Will never return to the Noble. What a disappointment!!
Very lovely restaurant, fun wait staff, delicious food. It was very busy when we went so hard to hear each other but shows how well Noble is liked. The only issue (outside of the actual restaurant experience) was that we tried calling by phone several times and did not get a call back until 3 days later. Some people do not have computers.
Service very slow. Under staffed. Our server's English as not very good.
Anniversary dinner, lovely by the window but a bit chilly. Service was fantastic. Good food but didn't blow us away.
Great food. Great service. Had breakfast at the hotel and had a great view of the park. Order the eggs Benedict
We were a little disappointed
The food was ok, not really special and the wine pairings were really disappointing with the final wine with dessert being something that none of the four of us could drink
Elegance in at its finest in service, dining and accommodations. A world class destination
