Due to the scamdemic that we have had to endure for the last nine months and the next looming lockdown my wife and I decided to spend Christmas Eve and Day at the beautiful Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara on the Lake. Accordingly we dined at Noble Restaurant on three separate occasions over the two days/nights. The restaurant experience was very pleasant. We were seated adjacent to the windows facing main street and the view across to the park in gently falling snow made the entire experience a winter wonderland. Oh yes, the food! It was excellent! And the servers were wonderful as well. And I want to mention our waitress Raquel in particular who served us breakfast on Christmas Day. Wonderful young lady. The restaurant could have been cozier but it was not the fault of the restaurant itself but rather due to the always changing Covid safety procedures.

The food was amazing and the waiter was first-class. This was well worth the drive to Niagara on the Lake.

The food was excellent and Graham was great. They decorated the desert plate to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

My husband ordered the duck and it was perfection. My own order of the Canadian Blue Crab Pappardelle Pasta was not very good (lacking in flavour) and I wouldn't recommend it. Beautiful venue and great/kind service. I only wish my meal was on par with my husbands.

Excellent food and very knowledgeable service

Dinner was delicious, the menu had a variety to choose from. They were able to alter dishes for vegetarian choices without losing any value of the dish. Graham our waiter was outstanding. A great choice to celebrate or as a treat.

Graham was an awesome server! His knowledge and attention to detail are second to none!

Service was excellent. The food was just kind of ok. The halibut was dry and tasteless. The duck confit was much better and the risotto It came with including the squash bits was quite nice. Not sure if I would return as I found the price a little steep for what we got!

We rather enjoyed our one year anniversary dinner here. We had an amazing server in Frank P who went above and beyond making recommendations as he was very knowledgeable with food and what drink would suit the meal type. He was very friendly and spent a good amount of time with us.... not making us feel too rushed. At the end of the night at the request of my better half, Frank P took pictures of us with a Christmas tree in the main lobby without hesitation. He took enough pictures until my better half was satisfied with a couple of them. It really made her night!!! She went to the front desk manager and mentioned Frank P for going out of his way for being so great to us. We appreciated the food, atmosphere, ambience and our server who made it all happen - Frank P. We would highly recommend Noble restaurant as a place to dine for friends. Thank you.

Everything was fantastic, even in the middle of covid it still felt somewhat normal... well except the face shields and masks :)

We found the breakfast menu to be very limited. Would definitely have loved to see eggs benedict on the menu and some more options. But service was excellent. We had Lulu as a server.

After having an unfortunate situation, where things didn't go as they should have. Reception and management went out of their way to make things right. Mary at reception was an angel... an amazon person who cares. George, the floor manager tallied to us and invited us to return. Which we did as we wanted to give this amazing place the benefit of the doubt. Wow!!! they are superstars when it comes to customer service and looking after things. We had an amazing lunch with my husband for our anniversary... Service was ourstanding. Mary looked after every detail including flowers and a card. Everyone was on point from the floor manager on staff to our server Lulu. Our meal includign dessert was extraordinary. Overall a memorable experience. I'd like to thank Kelly Exelby the G. M. for the professionalism and running a tight house.

Overall waiter service and food was very good, however the way the Manager handled what seemed to be a finger nail in drink was very very poor... the Manager simply came back and said there was no way that would happen and said it had to be a piece of fruit, followed up with a seemingly routine insincere apology and not even the $10 cocktail was comped.

I assume this is an isolated issue however with covid it was handled in a very unprofessional manor.

We came at 2 pm and the food would have been better earlier or later.
The music was superb - the perfect classical mix and superb sound system.
We will always come back.

Disappointing menu, more suited for fast food restaurants, with limited light & healthy selections.

Excellent choices, very well prepared. For this experience: the duck was perfect, the steak was a small portion and had a texture that seemed as if it may have been frozen at some point. The root vegetables and risotto were both excellent. The ambiance is always wonderful the decor beautifully appointed. The drink choices are creative and plentiful. Service was very good. Overall a very pleasant experience.
