I never expected such a world class restaurant to be hidden inside a college town hotel, but Noble makes a visit to tiny Brunswick, Maine worthwhile. The outdoor patio - with firepit - was a quiet, fenced-in oasis off a busy street, with propane heaters to extend the season into fall. The wine list is well-curated with unique by the glass or bottle selections at reasonable prices. Servers were friendly and eager to please. The menu is creative and superbly executed by its female executive chef, who sources from a lot of local and sustainable purveyors. We were blown away by everything we tried. Put this place on your dining bucket list!

the leek wrapped cod was superb.I like the way they serve the bread but it seemed a little small for an order-so good we ordered 2!!

Told them we were going to the theater and it was my friend’s birthday so asked to have them put a candle in her dessert. Didn’t have any time for dessert, even though we were there 1 3/4 hours. They were so slow bringing everything.

We stayed at the hotel and ate at Noble Kitchen 2 times and visited the bar on another day. Both meals were excellent, the drinks were top notch and all the staff was responsive and helpful

The bartender Ashley was super friendly. She let customers know right away she was a little behind making drinks and that it would be a few minutes before she got to them. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us.
