Absolute awful, between the terrible food and the awful service this is likely the worst restaurant at West Hartford Center, and this is coming from someone who lives walking distance from the center and has been to just about every restaurant at the center. I ordered 7 appetizers, 30 minutes into our order they told us that they didn’t have one of them, and another 10 minutes later they told us they just realized they were out of another one. The tomato soup was not edible (I sent it back), I almost spit out the cucumber salad after the first bite, and the deviled eggs were mediocre. The only two items I was able to eat were the shrimp and the cheese, the only two items that (thankfully) didn’t require actual cooking and couldn’t be ruined. Both the manger and the waitress were inexperienced and had no clue what they were doing. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would leave it, unfortunately that’s not an option.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Noble & Co. We had reservations for brunch on Saturday and there were only about 5 other tables occupied when we arrived. One of the tables was a larger party. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. I believe she did her best, but our food took over an hour and a half to arrive. The manager was apologetic and took a few items off of our bill, but the wait was unacceptable. Also, the restaurant features waffles on their brunch menu and the waffle iron was broken. They offered pancakes instead. The pancakes were ok, but chicken and pancakes are a poor substitute for chicken and waffles. The restaurant looks really neat and upon arrival I was already planning to return for dinner one evening. However, after our bad experience I do not want to go back.

Service is way too slow. Hard to say if they were understaffed, but when there are only 6 occupied tables it shouldn't take 15 min to get a drink or have to wait 10 min to order a drink when you see your waiter standing around. Waiter had no knowledge of the drink menu. Had to ask for things more than once and some basic items, like a spoon or clean plates, just never came. Food was not as good as I was expecting.......either a little over cooked (chicken meatballs), too salty (oysters rockefeller) or watery (salmon deviled eggs).

I love Noble & Co! The party arrived a bit late however we were seated right away by Ashley. Jameson was our waiter and he made sure to give suggestions and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed! This is an amazing place and I recommend it to anyone!

Drinks took over 30 minutes to get and there were 2 bartenders. Some drinks were not available, which is odd. First time I was here the food was fantastic. This time the food was terrible, couldnt eat my meal at all. The other dishes were just ok. It is suppose to be like a speakeasy but at 10 pm a DJ with club music. I dont think this place will make it unless they get back on track.

Server remarked it was their third day in the industry, and repeatedly apologized for the poor service and the great length of time it took for basic service. They couldn’t make my drink and waited until the food was coming out to alert us about an appetizer that was 86’d, and subsequently ended up charging us for that item even though it was never delivered or substituted.

The meal was ok..... at best! The restaurant was completely empty and it still took 20/25 minutes to get our drinks. The portions are small even for tapas. Over all it has one of the best bar selections that I have seen in a long time! However the food will leave something to be desired.

What a delightful experience we had. We were a group of six and were seated in, what we decided to call the "Princess Booth". High back, purple upholstered booth was quiet, private, and roomy. Perfect for conversation. The restaurant and bar are beautifully appointed with plenty of art and sparkle for everyone. We started with a few of the craft cocktails - all delicious! The main course - I think we ordered one of just about every small plate on the menu and had a good time tasting and sharing with dear friends. ALL were fabulous! The service was extraordinary, although it was Rosh Hashana and the place was pretty empty. A quick visit from the chef to make us feel special, followed by ALL the desserts on the menu. ..also fabulous. Definitely worth a visit to this new W. Hartford Center spot.

Pretty disappointed in this place. Wanted to try out their Sunday Brunch and went for the bourbon selection as well. We sat at the bar and waited at least ten minutes to even be greeted and get menus from the bartender. I had eggs Benedict that was extremely overcooked and my boyfriend had ordered the breakfast skillet without tomatoes and it came with tomatoes. My boyfriend also ordered a manhattan with a $14 bourbon from the menu. When the bill came the manhattans were $27. When we asked the bartender why it was so expensive she told us because of the bitters and vermouth that is added. $13 for some bitters and vermouth? It was laughable. We had to ask to see a manager rather than accept her ridiculous explanation for the up charge and the manager instantly said that the price isn't right. Needless to say the service from the bartender was terrible. Thank goodness the manager corrected the bill and didn't have the same customer service opinion as the bartender.

Off their game this Labor Day weekend -- there was no host/ess to seat or greet us even 10 minutes after our reservation, they were short-staffed w/servers, and our server had to retake our order (despite having written it on paper) when the computers died. One order was incorrect, and the food was fine but nothing extraordinary. The place is beautiful but they need to work out the kinks on service!

Went to Nobel and Co for my dad's birthday. Decided to give him a little NYC vibe choosing to eat at speakeasy. 12 pm on a Saturday was a bit early for a speakeasy and they had a couple parties already seated by the time we arrived. The staff was a little overwhelmed and short staffed but they held in there and gave us pretty good service. The atmosphere is royal and regal. Purple crush velvet seat decorate the dinning area. Pictures are hung and outlined in gold leaf trim. The bar is incredible and reminiscent of a true speakeasy. We order the bottomless mimosa, bloody Mary, milk punch all of which were good For food we ordered the deviled eggs: eggs were a bit chewy and kind of tasted like the refrigerator. The filling along with the salmon eggs were decent but we're over shadowed by the texture of the eggs. Duck wings- very good Chicken and waffle- chicken has no bone so easy to eat, we'll seasoned and cook appropriately. The waffle on the other had was probably store bought it was not cooked enough and so became soggy under the chicken. Hot sauce is hot so be prepared but very good. Steak and eggs- steaknow was over cooked, asked for medium but was well done. The seasoning was on point and steak was still edible and good. The eggs on the other hand were overcooked. Shrimp and grits- shrimp was cooked OK but had a bit too much seasoning (for me at least) the egg was over cooked should have been over easy in this particular dish. The grits were overcooked and there is no cheese in this dish so take note. Mushroom - good taste but sauce was broken so kind of looked like a hot mess Fries- defiantly store bought (sorry if they are not) but probably the best thing I had Overall had a great time with my family. Servers we're polite and accommodating. Great music. Would recommend going for happy hour they have a great selection of booze, enjoy!!!!

We did not have the same wonderful experience at Noble & Co this time as we have had any other time. Something was very off. The shrimp cocktail that was usually huge was replaced with a dinky sized shrimp - but the same $4 per piece! The did not have the salmon hard boiled eggs, and all the servings were NOT presented in the beautiful plating we have always had in the past. The server was nice, but clearly not experienced with this restaurant. We brought friends who we have been raving to about this place. It was not the same as our previous experiences.

Wanted to try something different for our anniversary but wish we had stuck to our usual. This place is very cool inside the decorations are amazing. The menu is very limited for main meals so we went with the Social Plates. Other than the Burrata and Duck Wings everything else we tried was battered and fried (even when we didn't expect it) and the food was average at best. Probably a great spot to grab a drink and one appetizer but not for a special dinner.

This was my second time at this restaurant. The service was slow. The waitress was very sweet, but apparently the only person working brunch and was completely overwhelmed. I was also disappointed in the spring/summer brunch menu. There were mostly breakfast items on it and disappointed my table. The food was good and the atmosphere is lovely, just experienced slow service and disappointed in the brunch menu. Not sure if I would return.

Bottomless mimosas. Honestly, why even bother reading the rest of this review? Noble & Co. was recommended to me for good reason. The atmosphere was so delightful, I seriously felt like I was in a secret society walking into this place. The mimosas had just the right amount of champagne and I never went thirsty. Our waitress was so genuinely kind. With just the right amount of options, there was something for everyone on the menu. The food was delicious, and the portions were appropriate for the price. To me, this is what Central CT needs more of: a fun and classy place to go and drink your weight in mimosas. Hiiiiighly recommend.

Pleasant surprise! This place had really good food and gave a good amount of food for the price (comparable to Barcelona price wise for tapas like food). My husband and I shared a cheese and meat platter- gave a lot more than expected and both the meats and cheeses are seasonal so they change. We also shared 3 small plates and then had dessert. The gnocchi and mushrooms was out of this world, pulled pork sliders were tasty business and the flash fried artichokes were perfect w just the right amount of sauce. I tried the night's special drink which was delicious as well as a cappuccino for dessert. Dessert included the hazelnut cake, which was good but not outstanding, and the cinnamon sugar beignets, which were about the same. Presentation was nice and service was friendly and approachable. They did forget to give a small plate we originally ordered but did not put it on the bill (and we were truly full after what we had already eaten so we didn't bring it up). Ambiance was interesting- kinda reminded me of a European underground night club with dark velvet cushioned walls\seats and different chandeliers. Noise level was appropriate and music was as well. I would recommend!

We've been here a couple of times...and kept going back for the bar. The service was fine the food was ok at best, but the drinks and bourbon list are out of this world. Something has changed now though. A large percentage of the menu has been revised or entirely changed. There's a new Chef and the food is interesting. And fun. And awfully delicious. Little plates that you can share with a friend are all over the menu now, very different than before. Not 'tapas' per se, but still designed very much for sharing, called "social plates.' And they are very, very simple looking. But looks are deceiving, because depth of flavor, gorgeous colors colors even in the 'speakeasy' darkness, and the fact that you don't want the stream of flavors to end are all the signs of a new start to the food part of this place. There's large plates too if you want an entree - 'supper club' plates. The ownership and or management was wise to do what they did - the new chef is the right path. It was a little slow tonight, but I imagine that will change soon. Our server was perfect too, and I should make sure to say that!

I was excited to try Noble and Co for Sunday brunch. I was celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday and thought their bottomless mimosas would be a fun way to celebrate. Maybe not. We were kept waiting to be seated by the hostess for a regular booth when the restaurant was half empty. My daughter ordered the mimosa, which lived up to its billing, and was refilled promptly by a circling server. I had the Bloody Mary-the Mary Tudor-which was light on Vodka. We started the meal with beef tartare. The accompanying chips were house made and still warm, but unfortunately the meat was ground to an oddly chunky consistency and totally unseasoned. Beware! My daughter choose the chicken and waffle which was the highlight of the meal. The fried chicken was moist and the skin crunchy and well seasoned, and the waffle and syrup were good. My omelette was adequate but uninspired. The accompanying home fries were cold and flavorless, continuing a trend of under-seasoned food. My daughter's birthday was not acknowledged although documented in the reservation and mentioned to our server. The interior of the restaurant is done in a speakeasy style, however the music was at odds, playing downbeat ballads versus upbeat jazzy songs. Perhaps the dinner service takes better advantage of the decor, but during brunch it didn't live up to its advertisement as a speakeasy atmosphere. If you are in the mood for chicken and waffle you will not be disappointed, but otherwise...
