   Horrible!! Fuimos y estaba cerrado. Y me aceptaron la reserva. Ni siquiera Valet Parking. Muy Mal. Era la primera vez que íbamos a ir. La peor publicidad es la de boca en boca. También la mejor.

   Esperaba otra cosa, deberían anunciar que es una cantina, ya que el menú muy limitado. Los meseros parecen estudiantes recién salidos de la escuela y aunque son amables y buena actitud, no tienen idea de cómo servir una mesa. La comida fría, las terminales bancarias no funcionan por qué no las cargan, el concepto está bien, pero no creo que tenga éxito en una ubicación Premium, si estuviera en el centro para locales, sería exitoso. Una pena ayer con 15 empleados en el piso y solo diez comensales en dos mesas. La vdd no regresaría.

   Let me start by mentioning, these previous reviews were under an old name/prior management, not NOA (which explains the two month gap in reviews). NOA is one week old (as of today) and my wife and I were the first two people here tonight. They are clearly new staff, and still perfecting the place, but it is absolutely going in the right direction. The vibe is more of a luxury bar (good thing), but with amazing food. We ordered the Arrachera (steak) pizza, coconut shrimp, Rib-eye chicharron, and Esquites (corn) - EVERYTHING was delicious! We went to a much more expensive restaurant about 100 feet away yesterday and NOA's food is better. The staff have been very nice and attentive, particularly our waiters Robbin and Chiquilin!
